If you are looking for an alternative to mass tourism, our holiday house built with tiger wood and glass, just in front of one of the breathtaking beaches on the paradise island Koh Samui is exactly what you are dreaming of. The rooms of our holiday houses are all furnished with rattan or tiger wood. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms provide plenty of space for up to six persons. The comfortable sitting room with air-conditioning offers you through wide glass windows, enchanting views of the veranda and to the magnificent seaside. Villa JFK offers two decks and a BBQ Sala for party with friends or simply to relax.

Prices are quoted per night. Minimum rental period is 3 nights during high and low season and a minimum of 14 nights during peak season.
The above rental rates include airport transfer, water, electricity and service charge (house cleaning twice per week, incl. cleaning on check-out) as well as a welcome package on arrival. The rent does not include breakfast, food supply and beverages.
