Villa on the beach facing the Indian Ocean in the quiet village of Jambiani, eastern Zanzibar. Neighbours in the beach are from Europe mostly. Two-storeys, 5 bedrooms, 4 Arabic style bathrooms, one terrace and a garden. TV with video in the upstairs living room. Two radios and CD-players are in the house. More details are found on our website, www.villabiba.com. A comfortable and safe holiday-rental giving the possibility into a close insight into African life. A guest-manager looks after you and there is a night watchman and a chef. There are restaurants along the sandy, a lovely beach and a possibility to make excursions all over the island. Also, deep-sea fishing, diving and snorkeling can be arranged from the house. Transfer from the airport and a personal guide is included. There are three bikes in the house and there are several internet-cafes in the village.

Contact us for booking. The book the whole villa costs USD2000 per week. The upper floor USD1300 per week, The suite upstairs. USD135 per day and the doubleroom w a bath upstairs USD90 per day. Then you have access to the livingroom w a DVD and a terrace. Downstairs a doubleroom w an extra bed and a bathrooms costs USD80 w USD20 extra for a third person. There are two such rooms downstairs. Everyone has access to the kitchen, the diningroom on the groundfloor, the outer room and the garden.

These rooms have an adjoining large Arabic style bathroom with a toilet and a shower and a bath-tub. Two of the rooms also have single beds. Another bedroom has one double-bed and one single, and is adjoined to one bathroom. All rooms have sea-view. 12-13 people can sleep in the house.
