Notes on prices
Prices up to 6 days accommodation are standard USD 60/night/person (total of USD 420/night for 7 persons renting). Prices for a week or more go down to US$ 57/night/person if only one person renting. I go down to USD 40/night/person if 7 people renting (total of USD 2000/night for 7 persons) for long rentals from a month period goes to USD 53/night/person to USD 26/night/person times 7 persons (total USD 5000/month for 7).
Changeover day
Departure and arrival times are flexible. Preferably arrivals on daytime hours.

Towels (1 big and 1 small a person) and linen included. Changed every 4 days. Cleaning lady coming twice a week. More often if special request. |

The Villa was made with children in mind. Safe environment, no stairs and a huge garden protected all around by a stone wall.

Outside huge veranda facing the sea. Also small resting area with a table for quiet meals out of the sun. Beautiful garden surrounding the house. Small store in the back part of the property for storage and gardener.
Coast/Beach
The white sandy beaches of Matemwe are in front of the property, 10 steps away from the entrance door. All garden in front of the villa to the beach. Beach is safe.
Travel
The nearest airport Zanzibar Int airport is 45 min drive from the property. Good roads.
Distances
45 min drive to Stone Town (Zanzibar city). 1.30 min to Jozani forest (South of the Island).
At Stone Town Supermarkets: 3 to mention Migozi at Migombani Area 5 min from town by car. Also Shamshu Behind the ‘Mzungu’ market at Darajani Area. Also Kuality supermarket at Mlandege Area close to Stone Town. The Darajani Market for all the fresh food. At Matemwe you can get fresh fish (our house boy can go and buy for you) also eggs, potatoes, sodas, mineral water. For alcoholic drinks behind Daraj

Arrival through Dar Es Salaam: y air Dar to Znz: 20 min flight. About 10 flights a day. Please contact for flight details and contact numbers. By sea: 1ľ - 3 hours. Take a taxi to the harbour about 10000tsh from airport very nice picturesque approach to Zanzibar, especially at evening time. Flying Horse departs 12.30pm phone 022-2124507 (slow). Sea Express departs 7.30 (fast). Azam Marine (Sea Bus) departs between 2pm and 4pm (fast). Suggested Hotels at Dar Es Salaam if spending a night
Transfers can be arranged at an extra cost of $45-$55 up to Matemwe about 45 min. trips. Good road for African standards. Car rentals: if you want to rent a car to move around the island we can arrange that for you. Normally they charge anything between $40 to $50/day. The more days you rent the cheaper it gets. You will need a driving license to be able to process a Zanzibar driving one.
Booking notes
Booking reservation to be done through email address provided. Reservation will be confirmed only after you paid the 50% deposit in the Bank account in Spain. Rest of the payment on arrival and handling keys of the Villa.
