The house Martigny is a newly built apartment and enjoys a very quiet and sunny location in the new development of Le Petite Village. It has a stunning view of the village and the Matterhorn. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. Skiing
Short walk to the nearest ski lifts (Sunnegga and Gornergrat). A bus is also available. In winter it is possible to ski to the front door. There is a shop, restaurants and an indoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity.
Travel
Zurich or Geneva airports. Zurich is approx 3 hours by train, Geneva approx 3 hours 15mins.

A 10 minute walk to the centre of Zermatt village.

Close to all shops and amenities. Zermatt is a super place to spend a holiday in summer or winter.
