Changeover day
Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival after 3pm and departure before 10am.

| Other: | Large hall with additional cupboard space. Ski/hiking equipment can be stored in a separate locker in the communal locker room on the ground floor. |

The price includes towels, linen and the final cleaning costs. A change of linen and towels, as well as cleaning can be arranged during your stay, but at extra cost. |

Outside
Long secure balcony with table and chairs. The apartment is located just off the main village square within easy reach of the shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ski schools, banks, post office, tourist office, swimming pool and bus stop. One parking space available to the rear of the building.
Golf
The Valais region of Switzerland offers many golf courses within easy reach by car. The closest being Crans-Montana 18 hole: hosts the European Masters tournament each September. Sion 18 holes - on the plain of the Rhone valley just 20 mins away and open nearly all year round.
Verbier 18 holes. Sierre and Cran-sur Sierre both 9 holes.
Skiing
Haute Nendaz makes up the 4 Valleys region with the resorts of Verbier, Thyon, Veysonnaz and La Tzoumaz. The region offers 412km of ski slopes and 92 different lifts. The highest point in the region is the Mont-Fort at 3330m. From its peak, there are views of the Matterhorn, Grand Combin and Mont-Blanc. It caters for all abilities and all ages from mid November to mid April with summer skiing on the glacier of Mont-Fort.
Travel
Closest airport is Geneva which is 2 hours away by car, or 2 hours away by train to Sion plus 20 mins drive by bus/taxi to Haute Nendaz. Some charter flights fly direct to Sion at certain times of the year. By Train/TGV - to Sion, plus 20 mins drive by bus/taxi to Haute Nendaz.
Distances
Haute Nendaz lies in the centre of the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Sion, which is only 20 mins away, is an historic town with full shopping facilities, Theatre, Cinema, 2 Castles, a Cathedral and many Museums. Crans-Montana is a shoppers paradise with its boutiques and is 35km away. Ovronnaz and Saillon have excellent thermal baths and are within 35km. Verbier can be reached by car within 1 hour.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A returnable deposit of £100 is also required to cover breakages etc, and will be refunded on leaving the property in a satisfactory condition.
