Just 5 minutes walk from the Sunegga lift, and a further 2-3 minutes from the Gornergrat railway and the centre of town. 'Cloud 9' is ideally suited for both winter and summer holidays. Enjoy the unobstructed views of the Matterhorn towering over Zermatt and the Vispa valley whilst feeling totally at home in the spacious and well equipped apartment.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
Bathrooms: The master bedroom enjoys a bathroom with a very large double bath, a shower, basin, WC and bidet. The twin room has a walk-in wet room with a large ceiling rose shower, WC and basin. Both the bathrooms are equipped with speakers to help you relax.
Kitchen: A totally modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, juicer, toaster and kettle. The worktops are solid granite.
Utility Room: There are laundry facilities in the building comprising of washer and dryer as well as hanging space for drying clothes.
Living Rooms: All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. For those winter evenings when you would rather stay in than explore the town there is a log burning fire. The apartment is equipped with a 32" LCD TV with surround sound, DVD player and wireless internet.
Other: Laundry with drying facilities in basement. Secure ski and boot room in the building.

Skiing
Walking distance to the lifts. Sunnega lift less than 5 minutes walk. Gornergrat train 7 minutes walk.

Travel
Nearest airport is Geneva and then connect by train to the centre of Zermatt. Alternatively arrive by car at Tasch where there is ample parking and you will be ferried to Zermatt by a minibus from the parking company. Cars are not allowed in Zermatt.

Centre of town is 7 minutes walk.

Further details
Zermatt has long been a lure for lovers of mountains. Few resorts offer the stunning scenery and high altitude skiing that is available here. Year round skiing is available and winter snow is often amongst the best in the Alps due to the higher altitude than most resorts. For skiers Zermatt affords some of the longer runs in the Alps whilst being blessed with an abundance of superb family-owned restaurants on the slopes. For summer holidays Zermatt makes an ideal base for walking holidays in the mountains. Ranging from gentle and relatively flat walks to full blown mountain climbing to the summit of the Matterhorn all start from town.
In the town there is a great selection of restaurants and bars. There is a cinema that shows films in English. There are 2 large supermarkets as well as a number of delicatesens and specialist shops.

Booking notes
Deposit of 25% required by bank transfer to confirm a booking. The balance is payable not less than 1 month before the start of your stay.
In the event of cancellation once payments are made they are non-refundable unless the apartment is relet for the same dates.

Your apartment was absolutely lovely we thought - just as good and spacious as it looked on the website (which is not always the case!). We thought it very well fitted out, comfortable and enjoyed our view of the Matterhorn. I would certainly recommend it to anyone going to Zermatt and hope we might have a chance to go back some time.

The apartment was spectacular! Given that fact that I love to cook and am quite the foodie/gourmet type and that Richard is an architect/developer, we both just loved the apartment! You have done a great job! The one thing that I particularly liked and found so nice on arrival was that the kitchen is so completely equipped and also has a nice stock of basic items. We absolutely loved our time at the apartment. I am quite sure that you hear this after every visitor leaves, but it truly was enjoyable. Once again it was a lovely stay. If you ever need any recommendations for the apartment we are quite happy to provide them!
