Situated in the centre of the village of Haute Nendaz, excellent location for shops, restaurants, transport links, tourism centre and telecabine. Short walk to the telecabine (5 Mins) and opposite the ski bus stop. Sleeps 4 in comfort. The historic town of Sion is approx 15km from Nendaz and has shopping facilities, restaurants, Cinemas. Crans-Montana provides more exclusive shopping with Verbier and Zermatt also within easy reach.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property in UK Pounds. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of total rental is payable at time of booking.
A refundable deposit of £100 is payable before arrival to cover breakages and loss of keys etc. All balances to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 8 weeks of arrival then full payment is required. Person making the booking must be 18 years of age or over. Available from 16:00 hours on the day of arrival. Must be vacated by 10:00 hours on day of departure.
Changeover day
Saturday. Change over day is flexible during the Summer season and off peak periods.

Notes on accommodation
No smoking or pets allowed, the apartment is located on the first floor (2 storey apartments) a lift is available. The apartment is suitable for families with the balconies suitable for children with supervision.
The apartment has been refurbished for Winter 2007/08. The bathroom and WC has been updated and new curtains and carpets fitted throughout.
Accessibility
The apartment is accessable by lift to the first floor for guest unable to use the stairs.
Outside
Paved barbecue area with views down the valley and over Sion.
Coast/Beach
Haute Nendaz is a two hour drive from Lake Geneva.
Golf
Sion golf course is the nearest only 20 mins away, open all year. Verbier, Cran Montana all have golf courses within easy reach of Haute Nendaz.
Skiing
Nendaz is a part of the 4 vallees ski area comprising of over 400km and includes, Verbier, La Tzmouaz, Thyon and Veysonnaz. Skiers and Snowboarders are well catered for with a combination of novice, intermediate and expert off piste terrain. The highest point is Mont-Fort at 3300m with views to the Matterhorn, Grand Combin and Mont Blanc.
New for 2007/8 winter season is a Burton learn to ride centre for those new to snowboarding! Tobogganing, dog sledging and ice skating are all available in Nendaz. Cran Montana is a 45 minutes drive from Nendaz and many other resorts can be reached by car.
Special interest holidays
In the summer Nendaz provides the perfect base for mountain biking, walking and parapenting. There are many well organised and signposted routes for mountain bikers and walkers. The tour de Mont Fort is an organised route for mountain bikers, or watch the annual mountain bike race the Cristalp RAID. Haute Nendaz is a family friendly resort with many activities both in Winter & Summer season.
Travel
Geneva airport is approx 2 hours from Sion by train with a short connection by bus direct from the train station to the bus stop opposite the apartment. The train journey is very scenic en-route to Sion. The drive from Geneva is straight forward by motorway to Sion and also takes approx 2 hours.
Distances
Sion is approx 15km from Nendaz and has shopping facilities, restaurants, Cinemas. Crans-Montana provides more exclusive shopping with Zermatt also within easy reach.
The Ovronnaz thermal spa is approx 40km from Nendaz.
