This superb chalet was completed in December 2006 and is beautifully equipped with solid teak and leather furniture and plasma and LCD TVs. The chalet is set in a quiet and sunny location at the very top of a chalet village known as Villages des Pyramides; at 1600 meters it is accorded the most magnificent views on the mountains, like the Matterhorn and over the valley of Hérémence with the famous pyramids 'd'Euseigne'. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are at only 1km away, whilst the village of Heremence and Les Collons are only 2 and 5km away respectively. The chalet is a 15 minute drive from the highest dam in Europe, the 'Grande Dixence', and the swimming pool in Thyon is around 8km away. The historic town of Sion is 20km down the mountain. Besides having direct access to the wonderfully varied skiing of the 4 valleys, the area is also an outdoor mecca in summer, with hiking, golfing, swimming and cycling just some of the activities that are available.

Prices are for the property per week in euros.
All bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday.
2 week bookings less 5%; except Xmas/New Year. 3 week bookings less 10%.
Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day. Please arrive between 15.00-18.00 at Agence Les Masses (ALM), a 3 minute drive from the chalet, where you can collect keys and directions. Check out and return keys at ALM by 09.00 on your departure day.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | There are 2 en suite double bedrooms with amazing 4-poster beds and 2 twin rooms with a total of 4 single beds. Each of the double bedrooms comes with LCD TVs with satellite access. |
| Bathrooms: | All en suite facilities are of a very high standard. The ground floor bedrooms en suite has a Jacuzzi bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The upstairs ensuite has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each twin bedroom has its own bath, washbasin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Ultra modern kitchen with 5 hot plates, oven, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Direct access to upper outside terrace with table, chairs and sun awning. A wide array of crockery, cutlery and glassware can accommodate up to 12 people. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer, boot dryer, iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area has a sumptious sofa and chair arrangement adjacent to the 8-seater dining room table. |
| Other: | There is a small office on the living room level with a magnificent writing desk and chair if you need to sneak away for an hour's work. There is also a sauna with adjacent shower facility. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
A final cleaning charge of CHF250 is paid on arrival, when collecting the keys from Agence Les Masses (ALM). Bed linen is included but a laundry charge CHF25 per person per week is applicable and payable up front .Bedrooms are equipped with 2 bath towels. |

Accessibility
The private car park and garage are 1 level below the main entrance, with a set of steps leading up to the front door.
This property is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
The upper double bedroom has its own balcony with table and chairs. The living room balcony also has its own furniture, and there is also a large terrace to the right with access from the kitchen.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Lake Geneva which is about 100km away. There are thermal baths at Ovronnaz, Leukerbad and Lavey, all within 45 minutes drive.
Skiing
The chalet is situated at approx 1580m and is 5 mins walk from the nearest chairlift which provides direct access to the extensive Four Valleys ski region with 400km of ski piste. It is possible to ski to Verbier and back in a day. There is guaranteed skiing from December until April. Guests with cars can also easily access other famous ski areas in the region such as Crans Montana and Zermatt.
Travel
Les Masses is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes from Geneva airport. Driving from Calais takes around 9 hours.
Booking notes
To enquire or book please contact us either by email or telephone. We ask for a 25% deposit on booking and ask that the balance is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a small tourist charge (approx £1 per day per adult, 50p per child over 6) which must be paid on collection of keys from ALM in Les Masses.
