This large double apartment is one of only six in this charming traditional Swiss chalet. One can ski down to the telecabin in the village which connects to the main skiing of approx. 40 lifts and 2 respected ski schools in the lovely town of Villars. Off season the walking/hiking paths are some of the best in the Alps. The famous city of Montreux on the beautiful Lake Geneva is only 25 km from the chalet.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday is the preferred changeover day but this can be flexible on long bookings or special deals.
Arrival after 4pm. Departure by 10am.

| Bedrooms: | Huge master bedroom with kingsize bed (2 duvets) with high quality large cabinetwork cupboards on either side and individual overhead reading lights. Bedroom 2 is as above except that the double bed can be parted to two good single beds. |
| Bathrooms: | The master en-suite has a bath with shower attachment, double basins, toilet and a large linen cupboard. The large second en-suite with bath, shower attachment, basin and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with new Miele appliances, ceramic sink, 4 ring stove, washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer, grill and oven etc. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils to cater for 4 persons. |
| Utility Room: | Located on ground floor next to garage has large kitchen sink for ski apparel. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is large, spacious and tastefully furnished with two arm chairs, a double sofa, rolltop desk and chair, TV, DVD and hi-fi system. |
| Other: | The dining area has large bookshelves and cabinets, a big glass dining table with four chairs and connects directly to the living room. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels and linen are provided weekly FOC. The property is cleaned weekly FOC. |

Accessibility
There are stairs to the apartment but once inside all areas are accessable for people with mobility restrictions.
Outside
The apartment has a large south and east facing balcony accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It also has a retractable sun awning for the long summer days.
Patio chairs and table are provided.
Private parking for one car inside the chalet [Bay 3]. Further parking available in visitor [vis] bay outside chalet.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are on Lake Geneva and are approx 35km from the chalet and are also accessible via paddle steamers from Montreux which is about a half hour drive.
Golf
The nearest golf course is accessible by road via Villars or by train from Villars. Distance from apartment approx 10 km.
The course is a full 18 hole professional set up with large club house offering all facilities.
Skiing
The apartment is 100 metres from the piste enabling skiers access to and from the chalet and a direct ski to the telecabin in Barboleusaz which connects to approx 40 lifts and 2 respected ski schools as well as access to the glacier in Les Diablerets for all year skiing.
Travel
The nearest International airport is Geneva about 1 hour 25min (110km). Nearest ferry port: Calais at 575 miles.
Distances
The nearest village is Barboleusaz(1 mile).There are three restaurants here as well as a supermarket and a wonderful patisserie and tea room. Nearest town is Villars (1 1/2 miles)which offers many restaurants, bars, banks and shops etc.
The city of Montreaux is at the bottom of the valley on beautiful Lake Geneva offering steamer passage over to France (about 1/2 hr) and Haute Couture shopping.

The working salt mines at Bex.
The rack railway to Col de Bretaye from Villars, with lovely walks back to the chalet.
Trip to Glacier 3000 on Villars Gstaad.
The famous thermal baths and swimming spa at Lavey-le-Bains (great fun for the whole family).
Botanical gardens at Pont de Nant (great river walk to the mountain).
Only 1 hour drive to Italy.

A deposit of 20% is required when booking and full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
