Bellavista is a newly built apartment building in Fiescheralp which is situated above (2222m) the village of Fiesch in the Kanton of Wallis/Valais. Fiescheralp is part of the Aletsch Arena ski and hike area, with 115 km of slopes. The apartment is on the ground floor and is built with all modern comfort but has a warm cosy feel to it. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room with open kitchen has stunning views on the Rhone Valley, its mountains and the Matterhorn and it has a large sunny balcony. As it is situated in the middle of a large ski area, you can leave the house on ski's and ski to the lifts. Ski classes, restaurants and ski rental are a stones throw away. You can ski or walk to the beautiful carfree villages of Bettmeralp and Riederalp. There are many activities in the area.

The Changeover Day of our Bellavista apartment is Sunday.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has a twin bed and widescreen television, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed. All bedrooms have ample closet space, bed cupboards with reading lights, a writing desk and chair, an armchair. |
| Bathrooms: | 1 en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with modern shower, washbasin and wc. Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower, washbasin and wc. Both bathrooms are modern and fresh. There is a blow dryer. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is modern and equipped with all up to date appliances. Eg. Dishwasher, Cooker, Oven, Fridge with a small freezer, Microwave, Mixer, Watercooker. It has a large set of pots and pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery. |
| Utility Room: | There is a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and iron, a drying rack. The apartment has a heated ski and shoe rack. |
| Living Rooms: | The livingroom has a double sofa and two armchairs. A large dining table which comfortably sits 6 people. It has a wide screen television with a home cinemasystem, eg dvd and ipod docking system. The apartment has free WiFi. |
| Other: | Large windows with stunning views surround the apartment. It has a large sunny balcony with outside furniture. The apartment is heated with the latest Swiss Earth Heating technique, it has floor heating. |

Accessibility
We sadly have no special facilities for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The apartment has a large balcony with outside furniture and stunning views.
Golf
There is a golfcourse in nearby Riederalp which is open from June until October.
Skiing
Bellavista is situated next to the ski slopes and lifts which are part of the whole Aletsch Arena, a 115 km long ski area. You can leave the apartment and ski directly to the skilifts. The Ski Schools are a stones throw away from the apartment, so is Ski and Snowboard rental. For little ones, the skischool is across from the apartment, so you are near your children when they start skiing. It has all nearby facilities but, at the same time, it is not noisy at all.
Special interest holidays
If you love hiking, this area is perfect as well. It has beautiful trails on top of the mountains, alongside the Aletsch Gletscher and through the woods. You can also do paragliding, climbing, Gletscher hiking with a guide, Mountainbiking, Nordic walking. And there are sportscenters nearby with swimmingpool, fitness and tennisfacilities.
Travel
The nearest airport is Geneva Airport. From the airport you can either travel by rented car or take the train to Fiesch. From Fiesch you need to take a cable car up to Fiescheralp.
Distances
Fiescheralp is in the mountains but is part of Fiesch, the village in the valley. From Fiescheralp you can, depending on the season, ski or hike to Bettmeralp and Riederalp, and down to Fiesch. From Fiesch you can travel to all the villages in the Rhone valley, either by train or car.
Further details
Bellavista has 5 restaurants, 1 pub and a coffeeshop in walking distance. In one of the restaurants there is a small shop to buy groceries and order bread. In the nearby village of Bettmeralp you can find the larger supermarkets, banks and touristcenters. Fiesch also has larger supermarkets, banks and a touristcenter.

We are two families who always wanted to have a place of our own in snow paradise. And so we have. A part of making this dream come true is renting out the property. All furnishings and details are done with care. Of course we hope you will treat it as such, because apart from it being a holiday home, it is also our holiday home. We hope you will enjoy Bellavista, well, we are almost certain you will.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Fiescheralp is a wonderful place to be. We have been vacationing there since we were young children and we are now bringing our own children to the same place. We see them learning to ski in the winter and hiking happily in the summer. What is there to say about the area, it is simply stunning and unspoiled, but has all you need at the same time.
Unique benefits of the property
Luckily we can be honest and truly say it is a joy to be there. Because Bellavista was finished a year ago, we enjoy modern comfort and enjoy views that have been there for millions of years. It never gets old. It is beautiful everytime we return. There are always new places to discover, other slopes to ski, new hikes to try.
