| Kitchen: | Newly fitted kitchen. Kitchen is integrated into the room and is open plan. Has 2 hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, sink. There is the use of the washing machine and dryer in the downstairs communal drying room. |

Notes on accommodation
Please note that the apartment is small at 35meters square but has been finished to the highest level and offers all that you need. It would be recommended for 2 adults.
Accessibility
The property is on the ground floor however it is not easy to access with a wheelchair as there are 2 flights of stairs.
Outside
There are beautiful communal gardens backing down onto alpine meadows and a stream.
Skiing
The 350 km (217.5 miles) of ski pistes in the Engadin-St. Moritz snow sport region have much more to offer than just the standard range of activities. There are 5 mountains included in the ski region and all are snow sure from mid December - mid April with the ski lifts starting from 1850m and going up to 3400m. One mountain is open for skiing from mid October. The nearest ski lift to the apartment is 2minute drive in the car or 5mins by foot.
Travel
You can fly into Zurich, Milan or Innsbruck and hire a car. Also from Zurich there is a train that takes you directly to Celerina train station changing only once in Chur and the apartment is a 3min walk away.

Celerina - you are located 2 min walk from centre and 5mins walk from ski lift
St. Moritz - a 20min walk or 5min bus ride (bus leaves from very near house)
