Well appointed chalet in quiet no through road, enjoying fantastic views yet still convenient for the towns amenities and telecabin. The friendly village of Nendaz has a wealth of excellent restaurants, shops and bars and it's ski system links into the fabulous 4 Valley's. A good sized terrace offers a sunny spot for relaxing - BBQ and patio furniture available.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed, large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with Kingsize bed, large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with Kingsize bed (can add 1 single bed +£100), large wardrobe. Bedroom 4 with 2 sets of bunk beds, large wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, double sink.
Shower room with wc and sink.
Kitchen: Kitchen has a built in fridge with small freezer space, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. Well stocked crockery, cutlery etc.
Utility Room: Store room houses hoover iron/ironing board, bucket/mop etc. Store utility cupboard contains washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: Lounge arranged around attractive log fire with high ceiling up to mezzanine area, TV with DVD player very large 'L' shaped sofa and french doors to balcony.
Other: The dining area easily seats 8 around large traditional table (3 extra chairs available to add in).

Towels. tea towels and bed linen all provided. Chalet is cleaned before and after each stay.

Notes on accommodation
Chalet has under floor heating except in the bedrooms which have individual heaters. Large hot water tank.

Accessibility
Unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users due to the number of steps.

Outside
There is a good sized terrace and balcony offering stunning views. Garden furniture is available as well as a BBQ.
Double garage.

Golf
The nearest course is in Sion just 25 minutes down the mountain. The famous Crans Montana is around an hours drive away as are Verbier's golf courses.

Skiing
Nendaz is part of the 4 Valley's ski area with 400km of pistes, a wide variety of winter pursuits are available together with some excellent ski schools. The area provides good skiing for all levels of skier. There is also an ice rink in the town.

Travel
Nearest airport is Geneva which is just under 2 hours away.
Train from Geneva to Sion 2 hours with a transfer or bus available up to the resort.
A car is not necessary in the Ski season.

Distances
Nearest supermarket in the village is less than 700m away and the nearest bar and restaurant less than 700m.
The telecabin can be walked to in under 10 minutes.

Further details
We have 1 ski locker at the telecabin always available and included. Further lockers can be booked.
The tourist office in Nendaz is excellent. Tourist tax is payable locally in the Tourist office 2.50 CHF per adult per night / 1.25 CHF per child (6-16) under 6 free.

Booking notes
30% of the rental fee is payable to secure the booking. The final balance is due 8 weeks before start date together with a £250 damage deposit (refunded after final inspection).
