Haute Nendaz is ideal for summer and winter activities. In summer there is mountain biking, walking, hiking, climbing and an outdoor swimming pool. Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. There is an additional charge of CHF 20 per person for bed linen and towels. Bring your own towel for the pool/sauna. Changeover days December to April -Normally Saturday to Saturday but please ask. April to December changeover can be flexible. A final inspection and clean is charged at the end of stay at CHF 170 (approx £110).

Accessibility
There is an underground private car parking space which leads to the foyer. The apartment on the fourth floor is accessed by lift from the foyer.
Outside
Apartment has large terrace with safe balcony overlooking the childrens play area and sports fields. It also overlooks the mountains, the village, and the Rhone Valley.
There is a luxury private pool and sauna for owners and guests only which is around 20 meters long. The pool is heated and opens to a large terrace in summer with sun loungers. It is accessed directly from the apartment lift using the apartment key.
Golf
Several excellent golf courses can be accessed from Nendaz; Sion golf course is only 20 minutes drive away; Villars and Verbier courses are about 55 minutes way; and finally the championship Crans sur Sierre (home of the European Masters tournament) is about 45 minutes away.
Skiing
Nendaz is at the middle of the 4 Valleys which includes Verbier and provides some of the best skiing in the Alps. From Tracouet station in Nendaz plenty of intermediate and beginner slopes are available, or a couple of warm-up runs can have you linking into the more difficult areas of the 4 Vallees and up towards Tortin and Mont Fort or easily over to Verbier. The other option is to take the all-inclusive Nendaz bus service (there's also a bus stop in front of the apartment) from Tracouet telecabine in Nendaz which takes you around to Siviez (15 minute ride) right into the heart of the more serious 4 Valleys skiing. From here you have access to one of the best off-piste ski areas in the Alps.
Over the last few years Tracouet has seen the development of a snowpark comprising rails, different modules and a course of jumps. 4 ski schools offer great quality services. Childcare on daily or 1/2 day basis, lessons possible for children starting from age 2 years.
Travel
Geneva Airport 1.5 hours by car or train.
Sion Airport is only 15km away and a winter saturday service from London is available.
Sion train station 15 mins by car or 20 mins by bus.
Trains and bus services/links are excellent.
Car hire from Geneva airport will get you to the apartment within 2 hours.
Distances
Apartment is 3 mins walk from the village, shops, ice rink, park and sports centre.
Bisse walks are nearby, find info at the tourist office.
Geneva is 160 kms away.
Sion 15 kms away.
Valais wine region is 25 minutes drive.

Nendaz is at the heart of the Alps in the Valais region which is the sunniest region in Switzerland. Whether you want activity or relaxation in the Summer or Winter you’ll discover breathtaking scenery stretching out over the valley and the 4,000m high mountains that dominate it. In Winter, you can gorge yourself of a paradise of skiing. Haute Nendaz is linked to the 4-Valleys with its 92 ski lifts and 412 km of pistes. The northern exposure, the high altitude and the Mont-Fort glacier (at 3,300m) guarantee snow from December to April. For children, Tracouet ski area is the ideal area and includes a snow garden, 3 ski schools and a nursery. Tracouet is directly above Haute Nendaz and is linked by a cable car from the town centre.
In Summer, you can discover the area on foot via the network of 8 Bisses (offering 98km of walking) which are paths that run alongside the irrigation canals providing very enjoyable walking as they pass through mountain pastures and woodland and provide stunning views of the valleys and mountains. For more strenuous outings there are 250km of walks to reach the summits. For amateur and advanced mountain bikers there are 10 new circuits for all levels. Nendaz offers all the services of a big resort: nursery, ski school, restaurants, bars, discos, banks and sports shops. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool opposite the apartment with marvellous views over the Rhône valley. It's open from 2nd June to 2nd September. There's also a fabulous spa complex with 3 outdoor pools, one indoor pools and enough saunas to loose a stone in an afternoon at Saillon which is 30 mins drive down the valley - great to stop off at one of the Valais vineyards on the way back. The International Alpenhorn Festival is held at the end of July and is a must see event.
Booking notes
A 50% Deposit is payable on booking with the balance due within 60 days of arrival. If it is less than 60 days then the full balance is payable.
