The apartment is situated in the middle of Les Collons near bars, restaurants, ski and food shops and near the Ecole de Ski. It has 2 bedrooms, a living/dining area, hall, bathroom and separate kitchen annexe and is suitable for 4/6 people. It is 150 yards from the ski lifts and ski pass office. Les Collons is approx. 20km from the historic city of Sion. It is 5 mins drive from the traditional Swiss village of Heremence. The Grand Dixence Dam, the highest in Europe is 15 mins drive away.

Payment in Swiss francs/pounds to us or local agent; all prices include final cleaning and VAT. Extras: bed linen, if required, supplied by local agent at cost of CHF 16 per person; local agent also has one-off administration charge of CHF 25. Small tourist tax also payable of CHF 1.80 /night (or 0.90 /night for minors). Reservations can be kept for a week before receipt of deposit (40%); remaining payment can be made when collecting keys at the ski resort.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is spacious, with magnificent views over the mountains. It has a king sized bed, bedside tables with lamps and a large dresser. There is a door to large terrace. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds, a large wardrobe and pine bureau. |
| Bathrooms: | Bathroom includes bath with shower over, bidet, sink and WC. The bathroom is tiled both walls and floor. |
| Kitchen: | Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel worktop encapsulating a hob and sink. There is an oven cooker hood and fridge. It has an attractive lit bar area. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining/living area is spacious with exceptional views of the mountains and a door to the terrace. Furniture includes a bed settee and 2 easy chairs. There is a pine table with seating around it for 6 or more people. There is a TV and DVD player. |
| Other: | Swimming, sauna and washing facilities are available within the apartment block. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
A cleaning service is provided at the end of each rental period. Linen can be provided locally, if required. |

Outside
There is a large terrace ideal for relaxing and eating al fresco in the summer months.
Coast/Beach
Les Collons is not close to the sea but there are nice bathing lakes about an hour's drive away.
Skiing
Apartment gives direct access onto the well-known Four Valleys/Verbier ski area. Ski lifts 150 yards away. Long ski season and reliable snow area.
Travel
Les Collons is approx. 2 hours from Geneva Airport. It is possible to either hire a car or travel by tain to Sion, the nearest city. From Sion there is a coach that goes to les Collons. Alternatively it is possible to fly to Milan and take a train from Milan to Sion. There are somtimes direct flights from London City Airport to Sion.
