New 2 bed 2 bath apartments set in a fabulous location. Both have furnished balconies with spectacular views of the Matterhorn, in a quiet and sunny position. Well placed for all lifts, 5mins to Sunnegga, 10 mins to Gornergrat, town and main train station. Nearest restaurant and shop a few hundred metres away. Haus Susanna - Wireless internet, phone, cable TV, DVD, wood burning stove. Haus Carlos - cable TV, DVD. Both have fully fitted kitchens with all mod cons. Double bedrooms but can sleep 5 with an extra bed if necessary. Fantastic apartments for both winter and summer seasons.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a king size bed. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bathrooms: Ensuite to master bedroom, bath with a shower, wc. Hairdryer. Separate shower room, wc, hairdryer, towel radiator. Kitchen: Modern fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fondue and raclette equipment can be provided. Living Room: Cable TV, DVD. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linens are provided. The apartment is cleaned weekly. Extra cleaning can be arranged at an extra charge. Ski /boot / bicycle room at the entrance on the ground floor of the apartment. |

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments have underfloor heating throughout.
The apartments sleep 4 but can accommodate an extra person at a small extra charge (a single bed can be added in the living room).
Please note the apartments are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
Outside
Both apartments have good size balconies with tables & chairs. Haus Carlos also has 2 sunbeds. Very sunny location with good views of the Matterhorn. You can pull up in a taxi directly outside the building.
Golf
There is a good 9 hole golf course less than 10kms away.
Skiing
Easy walking distance to lifts (weather permitting you can ski to Sunegga!). Walking, 5 mins to Sunegga, 10 mins to Gornergrat railway. 7mins to bus stop for Klein Matterhorn lift.
Special interest holidays
Both apartments are ideally situated for hiking holidays, mountain climbing, glacier skiing etc...
Travel
Nearest airport is Geneva where you can take a train to the centre of Zermatt. Other airports Zurich and Milan. All are between 3-4 hours travelling distance.
Distances
The main town and main railway station is 10mins walk. Nearest restaurant and shop are a few mins walk away.
Further details
Plenty of outdoor activities which can easily be arranged, paragliding, mountain climbing, skiing (all year due to the Glacier), hiking, yoga or just relaxing in one of the many spas. Many well known excellent restaurants in and around Zermatt.
Booking notes
30% deposit at time of booking. Balance payable eight weeks in advance of arrival date. Money to be paid by bank transfer.
Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge, 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded, Less than 4 weeks – no refund, (if the booking can be filled for the same period then a refund will be given).

My friends and I have recently returned from staying at Haus Susanna and what a fantastic apartment it is! The apartment had everything we needed, it was immaculate and the view from the balcony was spectacular.

Apartment Susanna is state-of-the-art and spotlessly clean. It is beautifully equipped and makes a great base for exploring Zermatt and the huge network of paths around the area. The view of the Matterhorn is superb.

My family and I stayed at House Susanna in Zermatt for two weeks in January. We had a wonderful time in Zermatt and loved "our house". It was perfect for our holiday, so easy to keep tidy (even with three young adult children) and had everything in it that we might need. In fact, I came home with some decorating ideas that I have used! It was so lovely to wake up in the morning and see the sun shining on the peak of the Matterhorn. House Susanna was a great place to stay.
