This 3 bedroom chalet is located in a mountain village 10 minutes by car from the slopes and/or the centre of Haute Nendaz. It has a private (flat) garden and fantastic views over the valley towards Sion. The area makes up part of the '4 Valleys' region with over 400km of groomed piste in the winter. In summer, the region offers walking, hiking, mountain biking and golf etc. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and an open air pool located nearby in Haute Nendaz.

Changeover day
The changeover day is normally on a Saturday, although we can be flexible on this. Arrivals should be after 14:00, and departures should be before 10:00.

Accessibility
This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems as it is accessed by a staircase.
Outside
The private garden includes a patio, a table and benches, sun loungers, a barbecue and a fish pond. Because of the latter, this property is not suitable for families with small children.
Golf
The Valais region of Switzerland offers many golf courses within easy reach by car. The closest being Crans-Montana 18 hole: hosts the European Masters tournament each September. Sion 18 holes - on the plain of the Rhone valley just 20 mins away and open nearly all year round.
Verbier 18 holes. Sierre and Cran-sur Sierre both 9 holes.
Skiing
The area around Haute Nendaz makes up the 4 Valleys region with the resorts of Verbier, Thyon, Veysonnaz and La Tzoumaz. The region offers 412km of ski slopes and 92 different lifts. The highest point in the region is the Mont-Fort at 3330m. From its peak, there are views of the Matterhorn, Grand Combin and Mont-Blanc. It caters for all abilities and all ages from mid November to mid April with summer skiing on the glacier of Mont-Fort.
Travel
A car is essential with this property as there is no public transport close by. The closest international airport is Geneva which is 2 hours away by car. Some charter flights fly direct into Sion at certain times of the year which is 20 minutes away.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A returnable deposit of CHF 250 is also required to cover breakages etc, and will be refunded on leaving the property in a satisfactory condition.
