Apartment sleeps 4. Only 18 apartments in the block. Very quiet. Located 150m from Telecabine. Lovely position on the mountain side with great views of the Rhone Valley and Nendaz. Ski locker and laundry /boot room. Within easy walk to Nendaz shops bars and restaurants.

Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday depart by 11am and arrival by 3pm. Other dates on request.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children, balcony has table and chairs, cloths airer and double cupboard and parking at rear of building. No smoking aloud in apartment, permitted on balcony.
Accessibility
Apartment is on the first floor with lift for wheelchair but no disabled facilities in the apartment.
Outside
Tennis courts and heated outdoor pool are within walking distance and visible from apartment balcony.

Lake Geneva 45 minute drive away with plenty of water sport facilities.
Golf
Many golf courses within an hour's drive of Nendaz. Verbier 18 holes, Sieree and Cran-sur Sieree both have 9 holes, Crans Montana 18 holes. Sion only 20 mins away has 18 holes and open year round.
Skiing
Nendaz is in the heart of the world famous 4 Valleys Ski area, the largest in Switzerland. All abilities and ages are catered for. 420km of marked slopes with 92 lifts. The off piste is world renowned and a good snow record. Ski schools meet at the Telecabine 150m from apartment Monday – Friday.
Travel
Closest airport is Sion 20 mins from Nendaz this has a limited charter flight operation. Geneva is the nearest airport, 1¾ hour away. 2 hours by train with a 20 mins bus journey from Sion to Nendaz. Calais is approx 9 hours drive. A car is not essential for your trip to Nendaz.
Distances
Sion is 20 mins away and is well worth a visit. Montraux, Vevey and Lausanne are on Lake Geneva with all types of offerings of interest. Switzerland has a mass of history and exciting things to see best look on the net for places of interest.

Nendaz has 35 restaurants, 7 bars 3 night clubs, good shopping facilities, heated open air swimming pool (summer only) supermarkets, banks, very helpful tourist office with weekly programs winter and summer.

£100 non returnable deposit on booking. Full amount paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Minimum age key holder is 21 years of age. All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.

diane and me live in england,we both work and both love switzerland,especially nendaz and the valais area.
diane doesnt ski but still loves being in nendaz,winter and summer.
i am mad for the skiing especially the awesome off piste.
but generally we both feel at home in nendaz.

we bought this apartment for its views and location.
150 meters from the gondola.(walking distance)
also not not being a so well known resort with only a few tour operators ,the drive up the mountain is never conjested.
Unique benefits of the property
some of the benefits of this property are it has one of the best locations and views in nendaz.
very warm and cosy in the winter and cool in the summer.
is on the first floor so no heavy humping.
usually very quite.
close to the lift,shops,resturaunts and bars.
