Changeover day
Saturday (negotiable off season) and bookings are for a minimum of 1 week. Check-in time from 4pm on day of arrival and departure time no later than 10am.

Accessibility
Due to the three levels and number of stairs, the chalet is not suitable for wheelchairs.

The chalet has a large private area with terracing, hot tub , large garden table and chairs and gas barbeque.
Golf
Many golf courses within easy reach by car. Crans Montana, Verbier and Sion all 18 holes. Sierre and Cran Sur Sierre (European Masters Tournament) close by.
Skiing
During the winter the chalet is operated by Ted Bentley Chalet holidays.
Special interest holidays
In summer, Haute Nendaz is popular for walking, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, skate-boarding, rock climbing, etc. Many of the ski lifts are open in the Summer months, and bikes can be taken on the lifts free between June - September. There is an outdoor swimming pool in Nendaz, and also beautiful baths/swimming pools/wellness near Sion.
In 45 mins, the beaches of Lac Leman (Geneva) are accessible.

Haute Nendaz is a lively french speaking town with a variety of bars and restaurants close to the chalet. A Bank, Post Office, local shops and supermarket are close by. Local public transport is close to the Chalet.
Booking notes
30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Only after we have received your deposit will your reservation be confirmed. The balance is due 6 weeks before the rental commences. A returnable deposit of £100 is also required to cover breakages, Keys etc. and will be refunded on leaving the property in a satisfactory condition.
