This house is our second home. We have carefully renovated the house since 1997 to its current state. The house has an amazing location in the best part of the archipelago and is very private, still within easy driving access to Stockholm city. By the water is a very large jetty with abilities for a private swim, a rowing tour and/or sunbathing.

Notes on prices
Weekly prices according to price list. €350 for each additional night in June, July and August, €250 outside the summer period.
Changeover day
Saturdays but flexible. Check-in 16.00 and check-out 10.00.

Outside
The grounds are large and the house is very private. There are very large terraces on both sides of the house with large tables for outdoor dining. There is a small beach on the grounds as well as a very solid jetty with sun all day along. The house is situated in a secluded bay where the water gets warm and one is not disturbed by any fast going boats. It is possible to anchor a sailing boat or similar by the jetty.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach by the jetty as well as one two minutes walk from the house.
Golf
15 km and 15 minutes to a top rated international golf course, Fågelbro Golf & Country Club and Wermdö Golf & Country Club.
Travel
45 minutes drive from downtown Stockholm. 1¼ hour by car from Stockholm International Airport, Arlanda.
Distances
Village for buying food, drinks and all other service 10 minutes away as well as 4 excellent restaurants.
Booking notes
50% of the rental fee (non refundable) paid at booking, 50% (non refundable) 30 days before arrival. Rental becomes void if second payment is not paid in time. Fully refundable non-breakage deposit of €300 payable together with final payment.

We live in Stockholm year round and this is our hideaway out among the islands where we go to get away from it all, still being very close to the city.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought this property as our second home and have renovated with great effort since. Being out among the Stockholm Archipelago's 30,000 islands must be experienced. Our house is from 1939 but top modern with all the facilities you can imagine, including a sauna 3 meters from the water.
The house is on the furthest island one can drive to from Stockholm but is only 45 minutes from downtown.
