Easy access to the house and very close to the parking spot, room for several cars. Few steps to the main entrance and to the basement entrance.

Flat lawn garden with easy access to the water. Lots of places in the garden for dining, sun bathing, games, relaxing etc. Normal swedish barberque and outdoors furnitures & parasols.
Coast/Beach
Private small beach just below the house. The Lake Asnen is the largest lake in Smaland, famous for the birdlife, fish and genuine environment.
Golf
Within a distance of 50 km you will find several golf courses.
Travel
50 km. to Vaxjo airport. 200 km. to Copenhagen (Denmark), Kastrup airport. 530 km. to Stockholm Arlanda airport.
Further details
Restaurant 300 meters from the house. Small food store in the village, approx 2 km. from the house. In Tingsryd (9 km. from the house) you will find larger foodstores, bank, bakery, liqor store etc.
Booking notes
Renting period Saturday to Saturday. Down payment 20% of total price, to be paid on the booking date. The final payment is due one month, at the latest, before rental period starts.
