Sleeps 7. 3 bedroom house by the sea, located in a small country lane, with off road parking, just 200 yards from 3 miles of safe, sandy beaches and the South West coast path. We have two ground floor bedrooms a double room with en-suite shower room and a family room that sleeps three with the main bathroom. Upstairs we have the master bedroom with en-suite shower room & sun roof.

Sleeps 10. 4 bedroom house. Our house is a four bedroomed detached house. Its our family home. There are three bedrooms on the 1st floor and a bathroom with a really good size power shower and family bath. The attic bedroom has four beds each with its own small cloth storage. We have a good size garden on four stone terraced levels. The top level terrace is a suntrap and we have sunbeds and a wooden swing seat positioned under an established vine..a mothers day present!

Sleeps 11. 5 bedroom house set in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck. Large garden with access to beautiful scenic walks. Plenty of parking for large and extended family/ friends, this house is perfect for children and adults to relax and have fun. We have a trampoline, swing, badminton net, table tennis and barbeque area (see pics). Also very short drive to many great beaches including Swanage, Kimmerage and Studland 5 mins walk to park and Harmans Cross Steam Railway station.

Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom house. A peaceful holiday awaits you in the National Trust village of Studland. Stroll down to the National Trust beach which is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site or walk along beautiful coast paths or inland over Studland Heath. Enjoy the abundance of nature right outside your door and take life at a slower pace. Our detached house features a lounge which overlooks the garden. Spend an afternoon curled up with a good book in front of the log burning stove.

Uniquely located in Britain's only UNESCO World Heritage site, a few minutes' walk from the Dorset coastal paths, the 17th century Grade II listed buildings of Renscombe Farm nestle by the village of Worth Matravers, with its famous Square & Compass pub, and comprise four beautiful and sensitively converted Purbeck stone cottages in 4 acres of landscaped grounds.

Sleeps 5. 2 bedroom apartment right at the water's edge, (Sleeps 5 +2 on sofa bed in lounge). There is allocated parking for one car and it is very close to the beach and town centre. It has extensive sea and coast views. Swanage is a great holiday destination for all ages with a lovely safe sandy beach and is a gateway to the fascinating World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The convenient location means it's right on hand for the town centre amenities.

Situated on the level, facing south, just 200 yards from the safe sandy beach and 5 minutes walk from the town centre, 'Gables Court' self-catering apartments are ideally situated for your holiday by the sea in Swanage – with free car parking within the grounds and an attractive front garden. Bathroom with bath & separate shower. Two separate toilets. South facing sun terrace. Well behaved dog are welcome at Calmwaters.

Ideally situated in the town centre where you will find a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants - and a stone's throw from the beach. What more could you ask? No smoking, no pets. This delightful 2 bedroom holiday cottage is perfectly situated in Studland and the ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the sea with the bonus of the the beautiful Purbeck countryside and spectacular walks of the Dorset's World Heritage Coast being on your doorstep. The charming seaside town of Swanage is just a few minutes away by car whilst the large towns of Poole and Bournemouth are just a short ferry ride and convenient drive away.

Sleeps 7. 4 bedroom family home at end of quiet cul-de-sac with views over the National Trust heath to the sea and Bournemouth beyond. Very peaceful detached house, furnished with family comfort in mind – all the necessities but no frills. Off road parking for 3/4 cars. The good-sized garden is totally secluded. The safe, sandy beach is about half a mile away - lovely walk over fields. Numerous walks from front gate. Dog allowed. Village shop and pub in Studland Village, a short walk away.

Sleeps 5. 3 bedroom cottage. Quarr cottage is a pretty Purbeck stone cottage with private parking for one car. The cottage is well furnished and fully equipped for families. It can sleep up to 5 people. Comprising of a double room, a large single room (which can accommodate 2 single beds) and a small single room with a junior bed in. The cottage is in a peaceful location and enjoys lovely views of the Purbeck hills. The beach and town are a 15-20minute walk from the cottage.

Sleeps 5. A 3 bedroom detatched cottage dating from 1730. Located in National Trust land adjacent to fields, with stunning sea views. Swanage beach is five minutes away by car or a walk of about 20 minutes. The Studland beaches are approximately ten minutes away by car or you can reach Studland by walking over Ballard Down. Sea views can be enjoyed from all rooms (except the kitchen) or from a large Summer House located in the garden. Unlimited Wi-Fi and ample parking.

Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom house situated close to the old millpond, overlooking the church. In an ideal location, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, town or up on to one of the hills overlooking Swanage.

Sleeps 2+2 using sofa bed. 1 bedroom house ‘Crown Hill Annex’ is a self contained holiday home. Formally part of our lovely Edwardian property and retaining many original and interesting features. Occupying an elevated location close to Swanage town centre, the safe sandy bathing beaches and steam railway which can all be reached by foot in under 10 minutes and the Jurassic Coastline is within a few minutes walk. Tastefully furnished, every care has been taken to ensure that you enjoy your stay.

Ground floor flat sleeps 2-3 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed in the lounge. It is disabled access we have a wetroom seperate Wc and the property can be accessed to all rooms with a wheelchair if neccesary. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge and a small tabletop freezer, Microwave etc. There is parking right outside the front door.
