The beach is just in front of the house. Only few fishermen in the morning, local kids at times, most of the time you will be the only ones in the sea, enjoying a virtually private beach. The sea could be very nice and calm or little rough depending on the season. Winter time is best for swimming. Protected beaches and swimming pools could be found around. The sunset is in front. The construction is brand new with antique windows and doors. Wireless internet broadband is included. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. A maid will come every morning and afternoon for breakfast and cleaning. She can cook for you in the service house. The manager is here for every need.

I am a commercial photographer as well as fine art. Photography and travel have always been my two passions. I travelled a lot in India for many years but now love Sri Lanka even more. I live in Grenoble in France. I used to live in NYC for sometime.
We want, Nicole and I to, little by little, spend more time in the little island. We try to offer for rent the kind of place we would like to find.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Because it's not far from the city but it is a secluded beach. Ideally located and perfect for sunset. The beach is perfect there and you can go slowly in the ocean. It's behind a little grocery store very convenient and owned by the manager's parents. The price of the land is affordable and you can actually own the land.

The house is on a secluded beach but not far from the city. Perfect for sunset. you have all the benefit you can get in a hotel but it's a private house. Tropical breakfast are included. There is a free wireless internet connection. The staff is for your own comfort.
