The private and peaceful terrace is 24m with amazing unrivaled views of the sea, beach and mountains. The terrace is great for sunbathing and we get the sun all day long and the terrace is very private. Large table, 6 patio chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 2 relaxer chairs and parasol.

Coast/Beach
The White Sandy 10 mile long deserted EEC Blue Flag beach is an approx 20 minute walk away or you can catch a bus at the end of the street. You can always find a quiet unspoilt beach to yourself in Mojacar even in August. The beachs and sea in Mojacar are very clean.

Golf
There are four golf courses nearby to accommodate all standards including the desert sands 72 par golf course the only desert course in Europe.

Skiing
Only two hours from Sierra Nevada where skiing and the international cross-country ski event take place each year.

Nearest international airport: Almeria at 100 kilometres approx 45 mins, Murcia at 1.5 hours, Alicante at 2 hours. Nearest ferry port: Almeria at 100 kilometres. Nearest railway station Vera 10 mins away or Almeria at 100 kilometres. Nearest motorway junction: Mojacar/Turre, N340 at 8 kilometres. Car: not necessary.

Distances
The apartment is situated in the centre of the iunspoilt village of Mojacar near to all amenities. The bus stop and internet cafe are at the end of the street. The village is very small and you can walk all around it. The beach is a 20 min walk or you can catch the bus. It is an ideal place to spend your days writing or painting in the breathtaking surrounding scenic area. Watch the fishing boats from the terrace going out from the nearby village of Garrucha. Go walking nearby in the mountains.

There is an internet cafe at the end of the street & Wi Fi is available in various bars around the village & on the beach. There is free parking all around the village & 2 public car parks.
Mojacar village & the breathtaking surrounding scenic areas are an ideal place to spend your days writing, painting, reading or walking nearby in the mountains.

The village has some fabulous international restaurants &
traditional bars. The village has a tourist information office & a cash point.
There are various banks, post offices & very large supermarkets in the commercial centre & along the beach.

The beach is one of the few places now in Europe where you can eat & drink right on the beach while listening & watching the ocean in one of the Chirinigutos.
If you are a fish lover the fishing village of Garrucha is nearby where fresh fish is brought straight from the boat to your table.
Mojacar has one of the sunniest climates in Spain with 3,000 hours of sunshine a year compared with 3,000 hours of rain in the UK. With all the reasonable flights from the UK and easy access to the village it is ideal for a weekend break.
Mojacar & the villages near by have lots of tradional fiestas which are always really good fun.
Mojacar is near to Granada with the famous palace of Alhambra.
Mojacar is only 45 minutes from Mini Hollywood where all the famous spaghetti westerns were made.
