There are 2 shared swimming pools and a childrens pool, the main pool has a restaurant/bar adjoining and there is a further restaurant on the complex. The supermarket and further restaurants/bars are only a short walk away and the local bus stops at Oasis.

Changeover day
This can be flexible. Arrival is from 2pm and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. If these times are inconvenient please let us know and if it is possible we will re-arrange to suit your needs.

Fully tiled with built-in electric oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge separate freezer, wine cooler and microwave.
Living Rooms:
Spacious with three and two seater leather sofas, sideboard/TV unit with satellite TV and built-in DVD/CD with free view channels, coffee table, bookcase, lamp table. Separate dining area with extending table and chairs, ceiling fan.
Other:
Electric heaters for all rooms, hair dryer, ironing board, iron, electric toaster, kettle and BBQ. Cot available at no extra charge.

Apartment cleaned prior to arrival with all linen and towels (not beach towels) provided and changed weekly. Additional laundry/cleaning facilities are optional during your stay.

Important notes on accommodation
Accommodation on one level and accessed via a short flight of steps (approx 12) from off road parking. Electric heaters and ceiling fans to all rooms. This is a non-smoking property and sorry no pets. Patio completely enclosed with a lockable gate and therefore particularly suitable for young children.

About the area
Accessibility
Oasis being in a landscaped valley has numerous sets of steps in the grounds therefore could be challenging for those with mobility problems. This apartment is situated in a level position towards the top of the complex and close to the bus stop. Parking is adjacent to the villa and a short flight of steps takes you directly to the terrace gate.
Outside
The large terrace is "L" shaped with family sized dining table and chairs, cocktail table with high stools, multi position relaxer chairs, sun beds and BBQ. Rewindable awning plus large parasol for shade and there are metal grills fitted to windows and doors for security and ventilation.
Coast/Beach
By car Burriana beach possibly the most famous of Nerja's many beaches is less than 5 mins away, walking approx 20 mins. With it's many chiringetos, bars and shops it has a great atmosphere. A host of water sports and activities are available here. Alternatively the local bus takes you to the beaches near the town centre and to the west of Nerja.
Golf
There are excellent courses at Bavieria, Torrox (15 min) and Salobrena (30 min) drive away.
Skiing
The ski village of Sol y Nieve (Nov to April) is approx 1hr.30 mins drive from Nerja. High in the Sierra Nevada mountain range and even if you don't ski it is well worth a visit for the fabulous scenery and atmosphere.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Malaga where car hire and taxis are readily available. The drive to Nerja takes approx 45 mins. Alternatively public transport is cheap with a frequent service to Nerja via Malaga Bus Station.
Distances
The famous Caves of Nerja are approx 1 kilometer, Frigiliana village, Torrox Costa approx 3/4 kilometers and Marinas Del Este approx 12 kilometers away. There are many other places of interest within easy reach.
Further Details
Nerja has retained much of it's old world charm and is steeped in history and tradition. Within it's narrow cobbled streets are numerous shops, restaurants and tapas bars bustling with activity both day and night. At the heart of Town the Balcon de Europa a palm-tree lined promenade with breath taking views along the coastline provides an elegant focal point and meeting place.

About the Owner
Born and lived in Yorkshire, England all my life. Now retired I love to spend as much time as possible here in Nerja with my husband and often our now grown-up family. We have holidayed in much of Spain but having discovered Nerja we decided to buy our first property in 1998. We then moved to our current property in 2004 and have attempted to refurbish the villa to the standard of a second home, but with lots of sunshine!

Why this location?
Having previously owned on Oasis we knew that this urbanisation is one on the finest in the area. When this property became available because of it's excellent position and ease of access we decided to purchase it. We love this location because of it's tranquility yet it is within easy reach of all necessary amenities, town and beach.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
Because of it's position we enjoy all day sunshine on the large terrace which is enclosed, on one level, making it completely safe for our grandchild. The views of the gardens are lovely whatever time of year it is.
