This apartment is very close to the beach and shops. Easy access to the airport in Malaga or Gibraltar, close to Puerto Banus (5 mins in a taxi), Very well kept apartment, the pool area and common areas are spotless. Great family accommodation for family of 4 or 4 sharers. Cleaning included in the price. Baby travel cot in the property. There are fans in the apartment - it doesnt get too hot inside at all in the summer - we dont have air-conditioning.

Other:
Lovely terrace and sun loungers to take to pool area (2 of them), fans and heaters all in the property (no air-conditioning - we havent found it necessary).
PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT USE THE WASHING MACHINE AFTER 8PM
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are included. Cleaning will be done after you depart. The apartment is on the first floor, the parking space is underground right next to the lift.

There is a lift in the first floor. Our parking space is right outside the lift to the block in the basement! Very handy!

Book well in advance, £250 deposit (paid back immediately if no damage), balance to be paid 1 month prior to occupation. Representative (relation) will meet you at the property with keys or we will post (registered) if you arrive late/early.
