Very quiet and attractive Garden apartment with pool views with a quick walk to the beach. Very safe as has 24/7 manned gated community. One doesn't necessarily need a car. As there is a good bus service from Malaga Airport and the coast. For big shopping trips you could take a taxi as an option. If you have or rent a car then the apartment has off street gated parking. About the Owner
My name is Nora Mcgreal and I am Irish. My reason for choosing to buy a property in Marbella. Is that I worked in the middle east for a few years and I was used to sunshine all year round. In 1999 I was planning on coming home and wanted to follow the sunny weather. So I did a lot of viewing around Marbella area before I purchased my dream holiday property. These apartments were new and appealing. The main features that appealed to me: A gated complex with 24hr security. Literally only a two minutes walk to the best beaches of Rio Real where you will find excellent restaurants to dine. La Sardinalis and Los Cano, which are on your doorstep. The area also offers two small cafes suitable for children. If you feel like a stroll, a fifteen minutes walk a new bar- cafe opened recently ideal.
