The apartment, set in an upmarket complex, is within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach, yacht marina and restaurants. There are a number of diving schools in the area and the apartment has a large underground store room suitable for storing diving equipment, bikes etc. There is direct access to the apartment from the underground car park via a lift. The weather is excellent all year round (average 18C in winter 32C in summer) and heating and air conditioning, along with satellite TV and BlueRay DVD player, make it an ideal rental for any time of the year. Important notes on accommodation
A car is recommended because of the location of the apartment and also to enable you to explore this beautiful unspoilt part of Spain. For guests who are unfamiliar with the area, we recommend that you travel to the apartment during daylight hours. DVD player and a small supply of Cd's and Dvds are available in apartment. Also in the apartment is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Beach towels are not supplied. There are a number of sun beds, tables, chairs and parasols located by the communal pool which are free of charge. We have a travel cot and a highchair available on request.

Notes on prices
Rates are based on two people occupying the apartment. For extra occupancy please add £15 per additional person per week. The rates include air-conditioning/heating, and a supply of sheets and towels. Also included in the price is a small welcome pack containing the essentials. A 30% deposit is payable when booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday date. Discounts are given for lettings of 3 weeks or more. Short breaks and mid week changeovers will be considered dependant upon availability and time of year. Please contact for details.

Location Information: Marina del Este is a luxurious complex situated in a designated area of natural beauty between Nerja and Almunecar. The marina is 1 hours drive from Malaga airport, 1 hour from Granada, 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and 1 hour from the white villages of the Alpujarras. To the right of the marina lies the quaint fishing village of La Herradura (translated as The Horseshoe).
