A beautiful front line apartment on a 18 hole championship golf course designed by Bernard Langar which is challenging and attractive to all levels of golfers, with one of the largest practice areas in the whole of spain, including two huge driving ranges,chipping and putting areas,plus 3 practice holes. You can hire equipment from us if you require. Further afield there are aslo 4 other golf courses within an hours drive, including Garcia's home course Club Meditterano. This is also a good area for keen fisherman,the Delta Ebre is about a 30 mins drive away where you can hire a fishing boat for the day. The Costa Azahar known as the orange blossom caost offers a fantastic experience of real spanish culture that caters for everyone.

Large Modern fitted kitchen includes electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle,toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, large fridge freezer. All cooking equipment and crockery, together with a wecolme pack to make you feel at home on arrival.

Bath towels,dish clothes and bed linen are provided, the apartment will be cleaned to the highest standard on arrival and departure. If you require bedding or towels to be changed during your stay this can be arranged for you.

Important notes on accommodation
The apartment is loacted within a private gated complex known as Panoramica golf and country club that has 24 hour security. Set in the middle of this beautifull Bernard Langer designed golf course the terraces give tranquil views for 10 kms or more. Set 5 steps up to the front door,it gives from the front terrace the feeling of being on the first floor without all the stairs to climb,so is ideal and safe for children, but only 50 mts to the swimming pool The main lounge area has air conditioning and electric fires for winter use. With all rooms having patio doors this gives a cool through breeze durring the summer which average temp is 30 degrees.This well built 4 appartment block with tile floors, white walls and panel wooden doors gives that spanish style, but with all the mod cons that makes you feel at home and comfortable within 10 minutes of emptying your suitcase.

About the area
Accessibility
This is a raised ground floor apartment so does have a few steps leading to front door, then all rooms are on one level. Its elevated position means you have Panoramic views from both verandas, but is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
Well maintained gardens surround the apartment, 60mts to the kidney shaped shared pool with sunbeds and an outside shower. approx 14m long 10 m wide suitable for all ages it is cleaned on a daily basis throughout the year.There is also a full length adult pool for the keen swimmers approx 400 mts away on raised ground giving fantastic views for miles. The front veranda has a patio table and six chairs with 2 sun loungers for morning sun seekers. The rear veranda has a small round drinks table and comfortable seating area to relax with a Gin and tonic with a lovely warm orange sunset.
Coast/Beach
Panoramica is an ideal loaction for beach lovers and is a 15minute drive away.
There is 120 kilometres of coast line the beach even in high season theres space for everyone to enjoy the 300 days of sun each year the adverage temperature in the summer is 26 degrees and 18 in the winter. The town of Vinaros is renowned for its seafood especially prawns! and famous for its superb fiestas and designer shops. With 5 miles radius there is at least 6 superb top class restaurants off site.
Golf
Set in the middle of this Bernard Langer designed championship 18 hole course, only 5 mins walk to club house, with 2 large driving range, practice chipping,sand and putting greens, together with 3 par 3 practice holes. Also on site is a 18 hole par 3 spanish national course with resturant, squash, tennis basket ball and 5a side football pitch. There is also a jogging and cycling track approx 4km long with panoramic views all round.
Special Interest Holidays
Horse riding, deep sea or Ebro fishing, skuba diving, water sking, cycling and mountain climbing and all be found in the area.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Reus and Ryan air offer very good deals most of the year the journey time to Panoramica is (50mins drive). BA, Ryan air and many other airlines fly regular to Valencia which is about an hour and 15 mins drive. competitive car hire is avaialable at both airports and we can give you further advice on this.Barcelona Airport is approx 2 hrs drive. We can also arrange a taxi if you prefer. Car hire is recomended to make the most of this wonderful area.
Distances
Other places of interest include Benicarlo 20 mins drive. Peniscola is (25 mins drive) historical and scenic and is a firm favourite with the spanish with the El Cid historical castle attracting thousands of visitors every year. The delta Ebre is very popular for fishing is about 30 mins drive. Valencia is an hour and 15 mins drive (150km) and is full of things to see and do. Barcelona 200km, Castellion 80km. 20 mins takes you to the amazing mountains that surround the area with a rustic charm
Further Details
Ulldacona is only 5 miles giving most required shops and banks,this has o lovely old charm village atmosphere. Vinaros has larger supermarkets and banks about 15 mins drive.Beautiful sandy beaches,sea front bars and not over built. There is also a fresh fish, fruit and clothes market each week, with fishing boats coming into port every afternoon, the town has an exceptionally friendly Spanish relaxed atmosphere, with all the shops you require.

One family recently said they had wished to have found this area of Spain years ago, instead of the some of the busier Costa area's.
About the Owner
My wife and I had travelled through most of Spain before deciding to purcahse an apartment on Panoramica, My love of golf influenced me buying on the golf course, together with picturesque views of the mountains on three sides and the sea on the other. The gorgeous weather and the uncommercalised friendly atmosphere together with a great choice of excellent restauraunts made this holiday home a dream come true. This is Spain at it's best.
