The property is in the beautiful Paloma Park area which is a fantastic place to visit, with a large lake with eye catching fountain, the park has attracted the most exotic birds and animals and there are three cafes/bars.

There is a barbecue on the balcony and a table and six chairs, the balcony is safe for children being brick built.
Coast/Beach
The beach is just a 5 minute walk or you can take a short stroll along the promenade to the exclusive puerto marina filled with restaurants, shops, bars and cafes to suit any taste. Alternatively a few minutes walk away is the typical Spanish town of Arroyo de la Miel, this really is a place not to miss. You can eat out at one of the many restaurants or cafes day or night. On Friday there is a large market or you can catch a train to explore the Costa
del Sol.
Golf
There are several golf courses nearby.
How to get there
Malaga airport is approx 15 minutes away.

Arroyo is also home to Tivoli World, a family themed park and lots more. There are several supermarkets and banks.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% of the total cost will required at the time of booking, this will secure the dates required. The balance will be payable 8 weeks before your holiday. Also a deposit of £20 will be required for the keys which we post to you, your deposit will be returned when the keys are returned. We welcome couples, mature persons and families with well behaved children, sorry no young singles/groups.
