Moorish style apartment, newly refurbished, with south facing wide terrace and breathtaking views to the Sierra Nevada Mountains and Mediterranean Sea. As you enter the apartment there is a small Moorish kitchen with two gas ring cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, nicely decorated ceramic sink for dish-washing and kitchen cupboards. A romantic and spacious bedroom with a large canopy bed and two large wardrobes, plus a suitcase wardrobe, Moorish style couch and low Moorish tea table. The living room has a double sofa Turkish bed, armchair, low Moorish tea table, dining table with 4 chairs, dresser with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, electric coffee maker and fridge. The living room has also an individual balcony with marvellous views to the Veleta mountain peak. Ten square meters terrace, with nice build in bench and garden table, plus two chairs. Amazing views!

The bathroom has a shower, sink, wc with basin, hairdryer. Fresh towels are provided every week. Electric heater is also available.
At the entrance there is a small Moorish kitchen with two gas ring cooker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, decorated ceramic sink for dish washing and kitchen cupboards.
The living room has a double sofa Turkish bed, armchair, low Moorish tea table, dining table with 4 chairs, dresser with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, electric coffee maker and freezer, electrical heating and TV.
The living room has also an individual balcony with marvellous views to the upper village on the mountain called Capileira and the Veleta mountain peak. South facing terrace and north east facing balcony both independently accessed from the living room.
Clean bathroom towels and linen are provided every week. The house is cleaned before guest arrival and is expected that is left in a similar way.

Important notes on accommodation
The heating system is electrical in all the rooms of the house. Pets are not allowed, smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. A bottle of gas is included in the price; additional ones need to be paid for.

Changeover day is flexible. The arrival time is from 4pm - till 9pm. The departure time is 11am. A contact person will meet and guide you personally to the house. The same person will come on the departure day to collect the key.

Motríl and Salobreńa (coast/ beach area) are at 70km distance, Almunecar is very close too, about 1 hour 15 minutes car drive.
You can play golf in both Granada and Motríl. About one hour car drive.
You can reach by car the ski station of Sierra Nevada at about 100km, one hour and a half car drive.
Special Interest Holidays
The village of Bubion is situated in the middle of the High Alpujarras villages and was declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1986. La Taha valley, 15 mins away by car from Bubión, is an important part of Alpujarra, that has preserved the authenticity of the villages. It is like travelling back in time. It is worth to visit Granada and the Alhambra Palace, and the Generalife gardens are one hour car drive.
How to get there
Granada airport is 87.7km - 1hour and 30 minutes by car.
Málaga airport is 152km - 2 hours and 30 minutes by car.
Car hire is recommended.
House is situated at 100m of the Bubion centre, 1km of Capileira village, 5 minutes car drive from Pampaneira village, 15 minutes car drive to La Taha Valley, 1hour 15 min. to the coast/beach of Motril and 1hour 30 min ski station of Sierra Nevada.
Located very close to the house, you can find small supermarkets, stores, banks, doctor and pharmacy. Bubion has also some of the best restaurants and bars of the region and excellent shopping for local handicrafts and local products. Bubion offers also other activities like walking, horse riding and mountain biking.
