This is a lovely villa, styled and furnished to give a cool spacious relaxing feel. Situated in a busy central area very close to all local amenities ie; most popular eating and drinking area with shop and bus stop. Everything else, including activities complex with swimming pool etc, just down the road. La marina is situated 25 minutes from Alicante airport & one hour from Benidorm. It has a beautiful Blue Flag sandy Beach just five minutes away by car. Beach bus runs from June to end of August.

Changeover day
Arrive from 4pm on first day & depart by 11am unless by previous arrangement. Will do what we can to assist if this is not convenient.

Fully tilled Bathroom has shower cubicle (no bath) and WC.next to bedroom.
Kitchen:
All modern fitted cupboards with Gas cooker and oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Fly screen. Evertyhing you need. Fly screen at window.
Utility Room:
All cleaning equipment.Washing machine in kitchen, clothes airer out doors.
Living Rooms:
Cool, comfortable & spacious living room with two large comfortable settees, ceiling fan, TV with Cable TV. WiFi. Dining area in alcove. Glass display case with wine glasses etc. Cupboard containing books & Games. Fly screen on Window.

Sun room or Dressing room, lead's off Bedroom. Radio/CD player, Large Wardrobe, Chest of drawers. Superior pretty Wicker table & 2 lounging chairs. Air conditioned. Leads out to back patio where the Spiral Staircase is situated for the roof terrace.

Accessibility
One step up into the front Garden but all room's on the same level. Roof terrace is accessed by a Spiral Staircase. Space to park outside garden. Suitable for partially disabled not wheel chair friendly though. sorry.
Outside
Front garden patio has 2 loungers, table & 4 chairs, BBQ. Back patio has small table & 2 chairs. Roof terrace has 2 loungers. Wall fitted Sun Shade in front garden.
Coast/Beach
La marina blue flag sandy beach is a 5 minute drive by car or Special beach Bus from June to end of August. It has beach side cafes & kiosks. Lifeguard's are on duty during the day in the summer & Just off the beach is the pine forest which is ideal for picnics.
Golf
Their are many golf courses in the area within a 20 to 40 min travelling time. La Marquesa at Ciudad Quesada being the closest. other's include La Finca at AlGorfa, Las Ramblas, Royal Campoamar & Villa Martin, just south of Torrevieja & Alicante.
How to get there
Car hire is not essential but it is recommended for you to fully enjoy your stay.Taxi's are available from the Airport, Alicante is 25 mins away & Murcia (San Javier) is a 50 min drive. Bus & taxi service to local town's. Coach trip's are available to Benidorm, Murcia & Cartagena.
Distances
Santa Pola one way to the north & Guardamar the other way, south ,only 10 minutes by car. Benidorm 1 hour.
Further Details
If you don't have a car, lots of different coach trip's are vavailable. ie: Benidorm Pallace, Guardalest, Murcia.
Booking notes
100€ deposit with Booking. Balance to be paid in full 8 week's prior to your holiday. If booking within 8 week's , payment must be in full. 40€ cleaning charge 100€ deposit against damages refunded (less any damages) on day of departure, payable on arrival. Payment prefered by PayPal, a payslip can be sent to your email address.
