Changeover day if flexible. Arrival entry time 2pm, departure 10am. If there isn't occupancy before/after you, you may stay until your airport departure.

Linen and cleaning is included in the price. Weekly change only. For and extra charge more linen can be included. Please note the towels must not leave the apartment.

About the Owner
I have my own business selling lots of different things. Gardening, pets, DIY, decorating, cleaning. I live with my husband of 2o years and have 3 children. Lots of pets, 4 dogs, aviary of birds, cold water and tropical fish, pond fish, 2 cats, 2 hamsters, a gecko lizard and a snake. My husband Rob is self employed: light building work, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, kitchen fitting. Yes we like to keep busy and love to get away to La Manga when ever we can - we are planning to retire over there.
Year property purchased: 2003
Why this location?
Beautiful scenery, sea at both sides as you stroll around. There is plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and beaches all within a few minutes walk. Our apartment is in the 'Heart of La Manga' on La Manga Strip 3.5km. It's known as the 'Spanish Florida'.
