Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool and pretty gardens of our lovely apartment in Las Carolinas, it is situated within easy reach of the award winning beaches of la Zenia and Campamor as well as lots of lovely smaller beaches and bays around, it's also close to the 3 major golf courses of the area. We are a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and shops and a few minutes drive to the beautiful Spanish town of San Miguel, where the Wednesday market is a must! Las Carolinas is a perfect place to stay to explore the Costa Blanca (white sands) area and also close to the motorways network if you want to explore further afield.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. All prices include electricity and water, and use of pool and gardens, there is a discount for long winter lets available on application, final cleaning bill 35euro is payable locally.
Changeover day is flexible subject to availability, arrival times after 2pm and departure at 10am, unless otherwise organised beforehand.

About the area
Sorry, but apartment on first floor so not really suitable for wheelchair users.
As well as our own balcony, there is a beautiful garden and pool area for the use of residents only. The pool is large and has a children's pool alongside, there is a barbecue patio area and the gardens are well tended.
We are a few minutes drive to the lovely coastal area, which has been renovated and there are coastal paths for miles where you can walk between the little bays and beautiful sandy beaches
There are three main golf courses and a driving range nearby, Campamour Golf Course, Villamartin Golf course and the Ramblas.
How to get there
Alicante airport is about 55 minutes drive away and Murcia is only about 25 minutes drive away. We are about 3 miles away from the main motorways across the region.
San Miguel is a lovely old Spanish unspoilt town approximately 2 miles away to the centre where there is a lovely church square and plenty of Spanish restaurants and bars and a great market on Wednesdays. The coastal areas are second to none with lovely golden/white sands, approx 2 miles away, if you like walking there is plenty of salinas (hills) to explore and the biggest local town of Torrevieja is just 20 miles down the road, which has an abundance of fabulous shopping, plus cinema,waterpark
There is a port in Torrevieja which has boat trips out to various areas including the lovely island of Tabarca where you can stay for a whole day, subject to the time of year, and also coastal trips of the area. Around the region there is plenty of sporting activities, sailing, catamarans, diving etc etc
20% deposit required when booking taken, cheques or cash only accepted, non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for cancellation ie; doctors note or similar.
