Changeover day
Arrival time to the villa is 3.30pm but no later than 7pm on Saturdays.
Departure time is 10.30 am or before on Saturdays.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has central heating and air conditioning at first floor level which serves the bedrooms, the ground floor is usually drafty and cool and there is a fan. There is an open fire chimney in the living room. The villa is on three levels, kitchen, wc, living-room are on the ground level the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and there is a roof terrace on the second floor.
Outside
There are two terraces at the front and back of the property, both with tables and chairs and there is a barbecue in the back terrace. There are two communal swimming pools one small one for children, and well mantained communal gardens.
Coast/Beach
The beach is next to Cabopino Marina.. There are three beach bars/restaurants along the Cabopino Beach. The nearest (Clubzoo) is a renown seafood restaurant which is located at the bottom of the road on the beach (200m). The port of Cabopino is about four minutes drive away, here we can find as well as beautifull yachts numerous bars and restaurants.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in Marbella, and all along the Costa del Sol the nearest ones are Santa Maria golf and Cabopino golf which is a 18 hole golf course adjacent to the property.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada slopes are 80 miles away.

Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga airport and via rail is Malaga railway station, which are 45 minutes drive from the villa.
Distances
Marbella town centre is 10 mins drive from the villa, Puerto Banus is 15 mins drive, Malaga town centre is 35 mins drive.
Further details
At 10 minutes drive from the villa we can find the biggest shopping centre in Andalucia with hundreds of well known international shops as well many bars and restaurants, bowling centre, cinemas and supermarket.
Booking notes
50% of the total booking will be required to reserve the villa, and the balance should be paid on arrival to the villa in cash.
A £300 deposit will be required which will be refunded if no damage has occurred at the end of the stay.
