Changeover day
Arrival time to the villa is 3.30pm but no later than 7pm on saturdays. Departure time is 10.30 am or before on saturdays.

Notes on accommodation
The acommodation is all on one level but there are about four steps from the garden to the house.
Outside
Set in mature and beautifully kept exotic Mediterranean private gardens. Swimming pool.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 200m away. There are three beach bars/restaurants along the front in Marbesa. The nearest (Clubzoo) is a renown seafood restaurant which is located at the bottom of the road on the beach (200m).
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in Marbella, and all along the Costa del Sol the nearest ones are Santa Maria golf and Cabopino golf which is a 18 hole golf course adjacent to the property.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada slopes are 80 miles away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Malaga airport and via rail is Malaga railway station, which are 45 minutes drive from the villa
Distances
Marbella town center is 15 minutes drive from the villa, Puerto Banus is 20 minutes drive, Malaga town center is 50 minutes drive.
Further details
At 15 minutes drive from the villa we can find the biggest shopping center in Andalucia with hundreds of well known international shops as well many bars and restaurants, bowling center, cinemas and supermarket.
Booking notes
50% of the total booking will be required to reserve the villa, and the balance should be paid on arrival to the villa in cash. A £300 deposit will be required which will be refunded if no damage has occurred at the end of the stay.
