Notes on prices
All prices are per week and in Euros. On each booking there will be a one-off cleaning charge of 60 Euros Prices are inclusive of electricity, towels, bed linen and cleaning of the apartment for your arrival. Winter let October - March, 600 euros a month. All prices are based on 1 bedroom 2 persons and 2 bedrooms 4 persons. special discount off 25% from 16/2 till 31/3
Changeover day
Changeover day are flexible arrival time after 3pm departure before 12 pm but this is also flexible contact owner for this.

Notes on accommodation
Pool is open from June - 30 September with lifeguard. Arriving time apartment after 15.00 hours and leaving time before 12.00 hours. Air-conditioning pay box 1 euro for 3 hours. Go to our website (link below) for more information.

There is a variety of sporting and leisure facilities in the local area: Tennis, horse riding, quad biking, go-karting, sea trips, sailing, diving etc.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 20 mins in taxi costs around 22 euros. Local bus (if required) outside to the Marina 5 mins. Mijas 25 mins. Buses to Fuengirola or Torremolinos, on the front with the train station up in Arroyo. Local trips to Gibraltar.
Distances
10 mins to station in Arroyo, which goes to Fuengirola one way and Malaga the other.
Further details
Benalmadena Costa has numerous bars, nightclubs and dancing venues. There are venues showing well known acts and also lots of stars of yesteryear as well as bars hosting nightly quizzes, karaoke and even bingo. A lot of the bars have large screen TVs and show all the main sporting events. Bonanza Square with its vibrant atmosphere and dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs is just around the corner from the apartment. At Benalmadena's award winning Puerto Marina which is approx 10-15 mins walk you will find many restaurants, bars and nightclubs in fact something to suit all ages and tastes. Tivoli World at Arroyo de La Miel which is just a short walk has a Spanish theme park with an array of breathtaking rides and superb Flamenco dancing or for those with a head for heights why not take a ride on the cable car to the mountain top and take in the breathtaking views. Paloma Park again walking distance is beautiful to stroll around, there is a large lake and you can mingle with chickens and rabbits to name but a couple of creatures that share the park, it is also the home to the Sea Lions and Selwo Dolphins who perform there daily. There are two excellent water parks in the area which are easily accessible and an excellent fun day out for all the family. On the beach you will find there are many water sports that you can participate in and for the daredevils why not try your hand at paragliding.
If youre a keen angler there are many good fishing spots and organised sea fishing trips from the Marina and Port at Fuengirola. Bored with sunning yourself on the beach? Then why not take a boat trip, there are many that go out daily from the marina. Throughout this area there are many pretty white villages which are much more the traditional Spain eg: Benalnadena Pueblo and Mijas Pueblo can both be reached by bus are well worth a visit, Mijas Pueblo being the larger of the two.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, payable 5 weeks before arrival. Refundable deposit 100 euro you get it back on the day you leave.

About the owner
Hello my name is Robert and we are living here in Spain close to the apartment. It is a big 2 bedroom apartment can sleep to 6 people and it is on the 8th floor between 2 busy squares Bonanza and Ibensa and it is very central of everything and it has an wheelchair access. Also we have the apartment now for rent from January 2007 and have put everything new in and the people who was there love it. We know you can find cheaper ones but not better ones you get what you pay for a lovely home feeling apartment with everything in it even a DVD player for the kids. So for bookings check my calendar first then prices and then email me I feel sure to say you would not be disappointed.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Easy: We thought the apartment was brilliant and fell in love with it first viewing. It is on the 8th floor with brilliant views. It had to be a corner apartment with the larger size balcony. The area is just what we wanted. With the local bars and restaurants. It has a good balance of things to do in the area far too many to list.
