A beautiful rustic style villa situated on the slopes of the Montgo Mountain with lovely views over orange groves, old town and the sea. Very quiet and private but within walking distance of Javea old town, which has many shops, an indoor market as well as a weekly market, many bars and restaurants. The main beach and port area are a 5 minute drive. The air conditioned villa has recently been modernised, re-decorated and is fully equipped inside and out with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Outside there is parking for 3 cars, the gardens are very private and stocked with tropical plants and trees. There is ample terracing surrounding the heated pool as well as a roof top terrace with sun loungers all with nice views. In the garden there is a barbecue area, pub style pool table, table tennis table and children's play area.

Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays. The villa will be available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned or you have the option of a fan only if you prefer. There is a separate apartment which would be suitable for the elderly as there would be no steps. This is a no-smoking property.

Booking notes
Your booking must be accompanied by your payment of 30% of the total cost. The balance, without further notice to be paid a clear 12 weeks prior to arrival. If your booking is made 12 weeks or less before arrival date it must be accompanied with full payment. You will also be asked to pay a refundable security and key deposit of £250 with the final balance.
