Notes on accommodation
Our air conditioning system has a heating facility for guests visiting during the winter months, and there is also a heater in the bathroom. All doors and windows have security locks to help keep your possessions safe.

Accessibility
The front door and access to the roof solarium are via a large staircase with iron railings.
Outside
Large private roof solarium equipped with a small BBQ shower, 6 loungers, table, chairs and large parasol. Spectacular views of mountains, orange groves, the golf course and the sea and salt lakes in the distance. The pretty pool is situated to one end of the garden area with benches and plants around and can be overlooked from the balcony.
Coast/Beach
The coast is about a 15 min drive away with numerous beautiful beaches and coast town. The stunning beach at La Marina is flanked by protected forests and sand dunes. There are great beaches at the nearby town of Guardamar del Segura and infact all along the coast. Some with bars and water sports and others a little quieter. Something for everyone.
Golf
The new La Finca golf course is literally over the road with its superb restaurant and bar. Developed by the same company as the nearby and renowned Villa Martin golf course, so you can be assured the top quality. Also, very close by are the La Ramblas, Campoamor golf courses. Plenty to choose from.
Travel
Alicante airport is about a 35 min drive away and Murcia Airports about 45 mins.
Distances
The traditional Spanish village centre of Algorfa is a 2 min drive down the road with small shops, great Spanish and English bars and many local activities in the village square. Torrevieja is the largest town in the area and is about 10 min drive away with its many shops, beaches and marina. Guardamar del Segura is also a similar distance away. This is a smaller sea side town with shops, bars and great beaches. A 5 min drive will take you to Quesada with all its nightlife.
