The villa is just nestled at the end of an unmade road, being one of only 2 villas in this road. Set amongst orange and lemon groves on over 2 acres of land, giving a feeling of privacy and space - great for children to play and explore. Comfortably furnished. English satellite TV. Free WI-FI connection. DVD Player. Log burning fire in lounge, lovely and cosy for nights in the winter. It has a large private pool.The villa boasts the most fantastic unspoilt sea views in a quiet and peaceful location. Though only 5 mins from Moraira and Calpe towns. Ideal for a relaxing holiday to get away from it all. A few local Shops are a short walk away . Also there are a few local restaurants within walking distance. The villa has been totally redecorated, inside and outside.
We also own a smaller 2 bedroom property (sleeps up to 6) next door which could be rented with this property for larger parties (up to 14 all together).

Notes on accommodation
Central heating and all bedroom have fans. Also have English satellite, DVD player and Wireless connection. Fantastic log burning fire in lounge - perfect for cozy nights in the winter.

Accessibility
The villa has a few steps outside, but the main outside is on one level. Inside is all on one level - except the master bedroom which occupies the whole of the upper floor!

Outside
The villa is set in about 2 acres of unspoilt/uncomercial land, overlooking orange groves toward the sea, giving a sense of space and tranquility. It has many different outside patios either cool underneath the shade of a almond tree, or in full glorious sunshine! There is an outside dining and barbeque area- with gas barbeque or traditional charcoal. The large pool is only for sole use of occupants. Plenty of sunbeds and outside furniture enough to seat 12. The villa is completly detached and secluded, It has enough parking for 6 cars.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is only 5 mins drive away, but for larger beaches, these are located in Moraira or Calpe on both sides of the famous Ifach rock, both are EEC blue flag and have many bars and restaurants. At the foot of the Ifach is the fishing port of Calpe with its many renowned fish restaurants. There are many more beaches and hidden coves to explore along the coast.

Golf
Moraira (Ifach) golf course is 10 mins by car and is a 9 hole course. Visitors are welcome. Javea Golf course is 20 mins by car, although classified as an 18 hole course there are 9 greens played off 18 different tees. Visitors are accepted however a handicap certificate is required. La Sella golf course is 20 mins by car and is a full 18 hole course. Visitors are welcome. There are two newly completed 18 hold golf courses on the outskirts of Benidorm which are 20 mins by car and many other golf courses within a 60 min drive.

Special interest holidays
Breathtaking coastal walks and many mountain walks Including mountain climbing and the famous Ifach rock at Calpe. Water sports and sailing locally. Great for scuba diving and snorkeling and fishing.
Great for bike enthusiasts,plenty of easy and hard circuits, good quality bikes can be hired locally.

Travel
Alicante being the nearest airport 1 hour drive. Valencia 1½ hours away. Murcia 2½ away. I would recommend car hire.

There are 2 restaurants within a short walk.
There are great selection of restaurants in the towns of Moraira and also Calpe ranging from traditional Spanish cuisine specialising in seafood and paella, to modern cuisine to suit all budgets, or how about the harbourside fish restaurants - in fact, so many you won't have time to try them all!
There are the colourfull markets - normally one in every town each day of the week.
Tennis is within walking distance.

Booking notes
On confirmation of booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% required. Cancelled holiday deposits will be returned if we manage to re-let the pre booked weeks. Minus any incured bank charges. Balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday. Villa £200 damage deposit (refundable).

About the owner
We are both still working - my Husband full time and myself part time. We have young grandchildren who love coming and staying with us here in Spain, also our children come out regulary. We adore this area - mainly because it quiet and tucked away, but close to Moraira and Calpe.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love this area, mainly because, it is so quiet and peaceful, but not far away from the hustle and bustle of the towns. We are just a short distance to the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. This area manages to retain a real "Spanish feel" but is also well equipped for tourism.

Unique benefits of the property
The villa is a short walking distance of a couple of restaurants. Also a small beach and supermarket is a 15-20 minute walk. Other beaches and restaurants 5 min drive. We have UK satellite TV and free WiFi. The villa is in a very quiet single track road, being one of only 2 villas. Very private and peaceful. It also has spectacular views to the sea.
