Villa casa angelina sleeps up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms set amongst grounds with many trees. Situated in pinar de campoverde. We bought this villa in july 2003 and has since been renovated into a very modern villa throughout. Further rooms have been added to the villa: bedrooms, bathrooms, conservatory, 5 sun terraces. There is a very large kitchen with centre island large breakfast bar. All new floors. Granite staircase leading to master bedroom, very large en-suite, large dressing room and large balcony with pool views. From bedroom 2 there is a very large patio window leading onto large terrace. Outside has a swimming pool, shower, very large sunbed area, 10 sunbeds, pool table with canopy over it so can be used all year round. Solar panel hot water system for the villa. Log burner in lounge and satellite TV. Hot and cold air conditioning. Laundry room with washing machine gated parking for 2 cars.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover during busy periods, will try to accommodate. On different days depending on season. Guests to leave the villa by 10am on departure and arrival after 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
Hot and cold air-conditioning. Is available at the villa the cards for the meters can be purchased on your arrival. For all electricty a meter has been installed for all electricity used. 3 portable radiators. The villa is very suitable for children as we have children of our own. This is a non smoking villa please use ashtrays provided for outside use.
Accessibility
you can have disabled people at my property there is four bedrooms downstairs at the villa and a shower room with wash hand basin and toilet and main bathroom downstairs with jacuzzi bath toilet bidet and wash hand basin.
Outside
Very large garden with private swimming pool (9 x 4m) and sun bed areas. Outdoor furniture seating 10 and outdoor bbq area. 10 sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
Beaches within 5 miles / approx 10 mins drive, all being very tranquil in this region: Mar Menor with lots of bars and restaurants etc, La Torre with a gorgeous beach and harbour also with many restaurants and bars.
Golf
There are 5 golf courses: pinar de campoverde 5 mins drive, Campoamar, Villamartin, La Finca, Altorreal (near Murcia), Las Ramblas, one of which is currently being built in Pinar de Campoverde. The golf courses are 20-30 mins away, set amongst 20000 trees and a few lakes. La Manga club approx 45 mins away (also with football). Travel
Alicante airport, 55 mins. Murcia airport 15 mins. meet and greet service please ask for details. Car hire recommended.

Distances
6-8 restaurants in our small village of Pinar de Campoverde, 2 x coffee shops, 2 x Chinese restaurants, 2 x supermarkets, one called gama at the bottom of the village, selling all English products doctors, small Sunday market, communal pool and tennis courts with football courts has well and communal swimmingpool call the poliportivio at the bottom of the village highly recommended, for children. Bakery, internet café, Indian restaurant and karaoke bars all in walking distance
Further details
There is 1 bank in Pinar de Campoverde. The nearest large town is Pilar de la Horadada with lots of nightlife for the youngsters, a very large market on a Friday morning, lots of shops bars and restaurants. The resort of Torrevieja is about 20 mins by car with its beautiful harbour and lots of nightlife. San Pedro is a very tranquil place with a large market on Monday morning’s. Many discos in Lo Pagan for young and lively people approx 6 miles away. Beautiful restaurant called Rabate 5 minutes from Campoverde. Halcon restaurant by the Poliportivio excellent for evening meals. Lunch time pizzareia 2 minutes walk from my house. At Cartagena a beautiful historic town try the boat trip very enjoyable and my children gathered a lot of knowledge of history from that trip, mar manor is a very calm sea for children to play in, there is a bar in the sea which is one of my favourite places, it is in the shape of a boat excellent for a thirst quenching drink, on a red hot sunny day, watch your children paddle safely or swim in these calm waters, or a beautiful seafood meal, highly recommended.othebest around the Costa. There is a really nice shopping mall called Dos Mares about 10 minutes drive from my home, it has a bowling alley there, Burger King, Mcdonalds and nice shops, supermarket etc. aqua water park Torreviejca 20 minutes drive away, Eche Safari Park 40 minutes drive away. All watersports on local beach 10 minutes drive, lots of nightlife in Cabo Roig, excellent .
Booking notes
30% deposit on booking . Balance to be paid 12 weeks prior to departure. Deposit non-refundable. £150 security deposit refundable after inspection of the villa. If everything is satisfactory and no breakages, payment to be paid by bank transfer. Bookings now being taken for 2013. 60 euros to be given on arrival for final clean to our local housekeeper.

Enjoyed our stay villa very very clean and excellent facilities within the villa. Villa first class, enjoyed our stay, very clean, boys liked the pool table and enjoyed swimming pool, men liked playing golf at the nearby golf course, beaches excellent, local restaurants very nice food. This is the best villa ever fantastic location with something for everyone, local shops bars and restaurants all walking distance our stay of 10 days was amazing we all had plenty to do and so much space in the villa for everyone, we will be back and anyone staying here will not be disappointed fantastic and very highly recommended.
