Brilliant apartment in the Minerva complex in Benalmadena. Excellent views. Amazing pools and gardens. Minerva is one of the best on the Gammonal. 24 hour reception and close to all amenities. On each booking there will be a one off cleaning charge of £40.
Monthly winter booking will incure a charge for electricity of £5 per week. Last minute bookings within 14 days - great reductions - please email for details.
Changeover day
Change over is relatively flexible to assist with you booking your flights - but check with us first before booking a flight.

Notes on accommodation
In order to cut down on wasted emails please check the availability button and prices prior emailing. This is always kept up-to-date. Also we strongly advise you check the owners website link below. Please note we will not be increasing the prices for 2009. Or changing them to euros to disguise a hike (be careful). Our rates are more than competitive. In order not to be disappointed it would be better, if you have a date in mind, to book it whilst flights are cheaper.
Outside
Large pools and excellent gardens, see picture as they paint a thousand words. We are situated next to Bonanza square area, that offers a wide variety of entertainment and eating places.
Coast/Beach
10 mins to beach, 5 mins Paloma Park. 10 -15 mins to Marina.
Golf
I am not a golfer but there are numerous courses around the area - and I can give you details.
Travel
20 mins in taxi costs around 23 euros. Local bus (if required) outside to the Marina 5 mins. Mijas 25 mins. Buses to Fuengirola or Torremolinos, on the front with the train station up in Arroyo. Local trips to Gibraltar.
Distances
10 mins to station in Arroyo, which goes to Fuengirola one way and Malaga the other.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. We had a great time and I'll be recommending your apartment in the future. We didn't manage to CJ's but my niece's favourite place was the Halfway Inn (I think she ate them out of steak pie)!

We live in England, My wife and I both took early retirement (51) as time together in later life is more important to us. We don't want to get old and say "we wish we had done that" We have 2 children. 1 has been in the RAF for over 9 years working on the Eurofighter. The other is a bus driver and his favourite song is 'the wheels on the bus go round and round'.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We thought the apartment was brilliant and fell in love with it first viewing. It is on the 7th floor with brilliant views. It had to be a corner apartment with the larger size balcony. We fit air con, but rarely needed to use it as the draught can be controlled to keep the apt cool. The area is just what we wanted. With the local bars and restaurants. It has a good balance of things to do in the area far too many to list. The pool area, for those just wanting to laze about, is the best in the area as can be seen by the pictures on my web site www.benalmadena-rentals.co.uk
