San Andres Apartment offers short-term holiday lets in the historic centre of Seville on a self-catering basis for your better independence and privacy. The apartment is located on the top, fourth floor of a large Sevillana House. It is situated in Calle Quevedo, close to Iglesia de San Martin, a 15th century gothic church. The apartment is a short walking distance to all the historical monuments in Seville as well as shopping streets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is close to the Plaza de la Encarnacion, an archaeological excavation point which will be turned into a contemporary urban landmark and Alameda de Hercules, an avenue represented by two Roman columns with statues of the legendary founders of Seville - Hercules and Julius Cesar. The apartment is air conditioned and heated during winter. It sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Amongst the best features of the apartment are its 2 private terraces, outside jacuzzi, seating/resting area and barbecue.

Living Rooms: Living room reflects the rich Moorish/Moroccan style with hand made furniture. It has 2 single sofa beds, coffee table, satellite TV and stereo.

Towels, linen and 2 dressing gowns are included.The property is cleaned before and after your arrival. A sufficient amount of towels are provided for your stay. For longer stays cleaning and change of towels can be arranged.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is heated during winter and air conditioned during summer. Outside Jacuzzi is heated during winter as well.
It is suitable for a short break, romantic honeymoon, business trip or a longer stay. You can combine your holiday in Seville with visits to the beaches just an hour away, or trips to other nearby cities in Spain like Granada, Cordoba, Jerez or Cadiz. The surrounding Sierras and Natural Parks offer great walking possibilities.

Outside
The best feature of the apartment are its´2 private terraces. Lower terrace has outside seating area for 4 people and barbecue. On the top terrace you can find a jacuzzi (heated during winter) and lounge area with pillows and table. There are plants on both terraces together with candle lanterns.

Mazagon - 1 hour drive from Seville (natural sandy beach, set against cliffs).
Matalascanas - 94 km from Seville.
Bolonia beach - 2 hours drive from Seville (with Roman ruins).
Isla Cristina - an hour and half drive (more peaceful beaches in between are: Playa de la Casita Azul, Playa Icona-Pesmar, El Hoyo and Playa Redondela).
