This apartment offers not only breathtaking views of the famous La Concha mountains but then sweeps round with views right across to Marbella, finally encompassing the east side of the apartment with stunning views across the sea. The apartment is the penthouse and has lovely views. In the morning, the side terrace is flooded with sunshine and is a perfect breakfast area. In the evening, when you return from the pool, beach or golf, the front terrace is bathed in sunshine and is a perfect and superb venue for evening meal and drinks. There are also excellent beach bars within easy walking distance, 200 metres of the apartment. Its prime location is ideal as its position is very peaceful and yet only minutes away 150 metres from the beach. The world famous Puerto Banus is but a few minutes walk along a beautiful promenade. Golfing valley is but a few mins. drive away. In a nutshell this residence is ideal for families, couples and golfers.

We normally prefer the client to vacate by 10am (morning), arrival after 5om. We will try to be as flexible as possible.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. However, additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay. In addition, basic food items can also be arranged.
The lounge and master bed has ceiling fans. stat heaters available The apartment is on the top floor and can be accessed by the stairs or a modern lift.

Outside
Delightful, well-maintained, mature, peaceful, sub-tropical communal gardens with a adult swimming pools, along with children's paddling pool, (see photo).

Coast/Beach
The beautiful golden beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the pedestrian boulevard to the centre of Puerto Banus is a few minuets stroll along the pedestrian promenade.

Golf
The apartment is ideally located for golf and the area boasts an abundance of golf courses, suitable for all levels of players. The famous golfing valley which supports such golf courses as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf, to mention a few, is only five minutes drive away.

Skiing
"Its true" snow skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the golden beaches in the afternoon. This is one of the best kept secrets in the world. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is one of the highest mountain ranges in Europe but is also the most southerly which provides this unique opportunity of skiing and sunbathing in the same day. Skiing for the beginners is available,along with night time sking, and all this is on your door step, approx 1.5 hours away. Why not visit the famous city of Granada and the world famous Alhambra Palace at the same time.

Travel
Malaga Airport is just 35 minutes by car. It has to be said that there is no need for a car, as once at the apartment everything is available in Puerto Banus. If you do hire a car however the world is your oyster, from water parks, safari park, to ballooning - just to name a few, not to mention the famous historical cities of Seville, Ronda and Granada - all well worth visiting.

Distances
The historical towns of Ronda and Granada are both easily reached, there and back in a day, and can be visited any time of the year.

Further details
Puerto Banus' centre is a few minutes walk along the promenade with its world famous marina surrounded by restaurants and designer shops (leave your credit card at home!) such as Gucci, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton and many more. The night life is second to none if you have the energy. Marbella is 5 minute drive and a late breakfast at Orange Square has got to be the best. Selwo Safari Park is a 10 min drive away and is well worth a visit. The water park at Benalmadena is a favourite with the kids. A day out ballooning across Andulasia is a must if you have a head for heights and of course Gibraltar a 30 min drive for the old duty free.
