This cosy bungalow is like a home from home, well equipped and comfortably furnished, it serves as a retreat for holiday makers who enjoy both traditional Spanish village surroundings, great views and access to sandy beaches of El Campello just a short drive away. Situated in a friendly gated community in Busot, the bungalow offers a very peaceful, family oriented base from which to explore the inspiring Spanish coastline & countryside or simply as a convenient place to stay while visiting friends or family in the area. Balcon de Busot is a recent development which is built next to the historical Spanish village of Busot. Local amenities include traditional local bars, restaurants and shops, tennis court, community pool and keep fit classes all within close walking distance of the bungalow. Busot is also about 25 minutes from Benidorm by car.

Notes on accommodation
The property has been refurbished in May 2009, with beautiful new lounge furniture, brand new sofa bed and satellite TV with new flat screen TV has also been purchased for your comfort. The garden area has also been redesigned to make dining outside even more enjoyable.
My aim is to make the bungalow a home-from-home, somewhere for the whole family to relax and enjoy the beautiful Spanish surroundings.

Coast/Beach
The town of El Campello is a 7 minute drive away and has many facilities including a marina with promenade, restaurants, bars, plus a flat sandy beach. There is easy adjacent free parking.
Golf
For golfers there are many popular courses in the vicinity. The nearest being the stunning local course, Bonalba, which is a short drive from the village.
Travel
The local airport is Alicante which is 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
The bungalow is within easy walking distance of the centre of Busot. Other locations include: Campello (with beach 7 minutes 22km. Alicante 20 minutes 36km. Elche 50 minutes 80km.
Further details
Campello: leaving Campello on the road to Alicante there are some shopping precincts for major shopping trips. These include the main hypermarkets without having to go into Alicante itself. From within Campello there is access to the Alicante-Denia railway, which runs the full length of the coast with spectacular scenery. It stops at all the towns and villages on the way and is ideal for a short trip into Alicante or Benidorm without the difficulty of car parking. Driving North you reach Benidorm and the new theme park of Terra Mitica. You can visit the mountains and the tiny village of Guadalest and go onto the many pleasant resorts further up the coast such as Altea, Moraira and Javea.
Booking notes
A holiday deposit of £100 (for each week of your stay) is required when you book. The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the arrival date of your booking.
Now taking bookings for 2010! I am keeping rental prices low in the face of the euro exchange rate. I have also been investing in the property improving the garden, adding a new luxury sofabed / satellite TV / dishwasher. High standards guaranteed!
