We are just 20 minutes drive from six lovely sandy mediterranean beaches.

There are six 18 hole and two 9 hole golf clubs within 20 minutes drive of the house. Transport is available for up to six people.
Special interest holidays
Due to the location of the property it is ideal for walkers, cyclists, artists and sports enthusiast. We also run art courses which have to be booked in advance. There is a large tennis club five minutes drive from the house.
Travel
We are 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport, 45 minutes drive from Murcia airport and nine hours drive from Santander ferry port. We can arrange car hire if necessary or can taxi you to beaches, restaurants, etc.
Distances
The town of Crevillente is just 2k away, Albertera is 8k and Catral 10k.There are castles, museums and other places of interest within 30 minutes drive.

There are lots of supermarkets, banks and restaurants etc. within five minutes drive.

About the owner
When I lived in Wales, with my wife and children, we spent most our our holidays in Spain. We loved the weather and the relaxed pace of life. We bought our property in 2004 and moved over in 2006.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The property offers beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere, where you can pick fresh fruit from our trees (depending on season). We fell in love with Crevillente and have made many friends in the area. We are situated in the Sierra Mountains a 5minute drive to the town. There are many mountain walks where you can just take in the wounderful views and enjoy the mountainside. There are some lovely bars and restaurants in the area plus beeches and golf courses within a few minutes.
Unique benefits of the property
We provide a drinks and starter pack, fresh lining and bath towels. My wife teaches art from her studio at the house. You could learn a new skill or hobby, such as glass painting, clay work, painting or pastel work to name a few. Class prices are 10 euros per person per class.
