Ideally positioned for the lively, cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus and the less-developed, more Spanish areas towards Estepona and beyond, where you will find some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Also situated very close to Marbella's famous 'Golf Valley', with 15 top courses within 20 minutes drive.

Weekend changeover preferred during peak season, otherwise flexible subject to availability.

Accessibility
The property is at street level with a single low step up to the front porch. There is a ground floor bedroom and shower room, so it is very suitable for someone with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a large ground floor terrace with 8-seater table and chairs (see photo). The villa is surrounded by its own private garden and there is a selection of sun loungers and reclining chairs. Further shared garden area containing good size (15m approx) swimming pool (see photo).
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach about 15 minutes walk. Numerous beaches within a few minutes drive.
Golf
Five courses less than 5 minutes drive away. Within easy reach of many, many other courses.
Travel
Approximately same distance (45 minutes by car) from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Car is recommended, but not essential. Transfers from/to Malaga airport can be arranged.
Distances
Puerto Banus 3 miles. Benahavis (gastronomic centre) 5 miles. Marbella and Estepona 7 miles. Ronda and Gibraltar easily reachable for day trips.

Local shops, restaurants, bars, etc approx 7/8 minutes walk. Loads more within just a few minutes drive.
