Accessibility
The villa is of excellent construction and finished to a high standards. It sits within it's own plot. It is bounded by walling which features many cacti varieties and mature shrubs. There are olive trees around the property. Access to the property from the road is via a secured double gate giving access to the drive. The property is on two levels and would not be suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Totally private pool about 40x15ft with outside shower, 4 sun loungers. Choice of 2 shaded outdoor eating areas with ample tables and chairs, built in barbecue and extensive terrace area along the front of the villa. Off road parking for 2 or 3 cars. Beautiful views of the quaint village of Cantoria with the churches lit up on an evening. Stunning views of the mountains and countryside to all sides of the villa. Wild figs, oranges, pomegranates, lemons, olives and almonds grown freely.

Coast/Beach
30 minute drive to the beaches of Vera Playa, Garrucha and Mojacar. Vera has a large water park suitable for all ages. All beaches consist of golden sands and in many areas particularly between Garrucha and Mojacar, it is possible to park immediately on the beach. Beach cafes are strategically placed. The coastal resort of San Juan is 40 minute drive away. This is a beautiful cove with many tapas bars on the beaches. The coastal road from Vera to San Juan offers lovely views & private coves.

Golf
Two golf courses within approx 40 minute drive. The famous Desert Springs golf course and the Valle del Este golf course.

Travel
Travel from Almeria airport 50 minutes. Murcia airport 80 minutes. Car hire essential. Airport pickup can be arranged if so desired. Alicante airport 2 hours.

Distances
Located 5 mins walk to the village of Cantoria with the larger town of Allbox 15 mins drive away. Allbox offers all the facilities of a small town including a large supermarket. Baza lakes appros 1 hour drive boasts some of the most stunning scenery. For those of a more adventurous nature Fort bravo film studios are located approx 1 hour away offering whole host of entertainment for your and old including water park and daily film re-enactment shows.

Further details
Cantoria has several bars and restaurants. There are several small mini markets, bakers, butchers, hardware stores, tobacconist and even an internet shop and ice cream parlour. The piano bar has a disco in the cellar and has many table top games and pool for kids. Three banks are also located in the village and street market every Tuesday. There are two beautiful churches to wander round or simply watch the locals play boules. There is a cash machine at the Cajamar bank in the square. The walk to Cantoria village from the villa is via a quiet roadway across the rambler which is through bamboo grasses along a winding tarmac road.
