Distances
Barcelona fast and efficient public transport system caters well for this area and the No 7 bus (stop 100m away) takes you to the city centre in approximately 10 minutes. You are also in close proximity to the tram (travels Diagonal Mar to the Port Olympic) and Metro stations. Glories shopping centre makes shopping easy being only five minutes walk away and the tram or bus will also take you to Diagonal Mar Shopping Centre in approximately 10 minutes.

About the owner
We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 2,4 and 7 years old. We all look forward to our holiday's at the apartment. The kids especially love the swimming pool and of course the wonderful beach. My wife was born and lived in Barcelona most of her life. This really assisted us pick the location of the apartment.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The area of Poble Nou has been totally redeveloped over the last 10 years and is Barcelona most upcoming district. The Rambla we live on has retained all of its old character and architecture.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is located near all forms of the excellent public transport making it the ideal base to explore the City. Having a swimming pool and secure private Gardens at the Apartment is a real bonus. The tree lined Rambla filled full of local shops cafe's restaurants leads directly to Barcelona's famous beach. The apartments are residential and late night noise is not tolerated making it a wonderful location to chill out.
