The apartment has a private terrace with sea views and is furnished and finished to the highest standard to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. Facilities include Sat TV/DVD, internet connection, air-con/heating, dishwasher, washing machine and all the mod cons you would need. The complex also has its own pool bar and Italian restaurant. There is also an indoor pool with spa and gym which will be completed in September 08, ideal for the cooler months of the year. La Fustera beach the local supermarket, restaurants and bars are just a 5 min walk from the apartment. Calpe being just 5 mins in the car going south and Ifach golf being 5 min drive going north.

Accessibility
The complex is adapted for disabled or wheelchairs as there is lifts to all floors. There is a maned reception at the entrance of the complex and after hours service aswell.
Outside
Outside the apartment is palm trees and shrubs, there is a range of sunbeds and table and chairs round the pool area. The pool is shared with other residents, There is an indoor pool heated with completion being Sep 08.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is 5 min walking and has a small cafe/bar. There is first aid on the beach and ample parking if you drive.
Travel
The nearest airports are Alicante which is 1 hour away or Valencia which is 1 hour 10 mins away. A car is recommended.
Distances
Calpe is just 5 mins by car and the beautiful town of Moraira is 10 mins by car. Drive through Calpe and 15 mins you will come to the lovely town of Altea. If you want to have a night out on the town then Benidorm is just 35 mins away.
Further details
The famous Terra Mitica theme park is just 30 mins on the AP7 great for the kids as is the water park and dolphin park situated all in the same area.
