Changeover day
We are flexible with on changeover however if we do have another booking on that day, 12 noon.

Clean linen and towels are supplied on arrival. Apartment is cleaned on arrival and departure however, if you require extra cleaning this can be arrange at an extra cost. |

Fully air conditioned. Suitable for children. Sorry no pets.
Accessibility
As this a new build and on the ground floor there is easy access to the apartment. Use of the large lift from the under ground car park. Ramps from the front gate. There are no steps in the apartment with the exception of one from the lounge on to the very large (65sqm) terrace.
Outside
This large terrace has sunbeds, loungers, a full size patio table and 6 chairs.
Coast/Beach
The beach is 5 mins by car. There is also the lovely and prize winning marina which hosts some of the nicest bars and restaurants on the costa. Taxis and bus fares are quite reasonable.
Golf
The apartment is built on an 18 hole golf course - this is to be completed by summer 08. Torracabrada golf course is 5 mins away. Mijas golf is 15 mins away, just across the road there is a nine hole golf and driving range and bowling which can be used on a pay as you play system.
Skiing
If you like your skiing then you must visit the Sierra Nevada ski resort which is 2 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
There is a variety of sporting and leisure facilities in the local area: tennis, horse riding, quad biking, mgo karting, sea trips, sailing, diving and many more.
Travel
The main airport is Malaga. There are plenty of car hire firms if you wish to hire a car. There is a train station at the airport which will bring you in to Arroyo and leave you 5 mins from the apartment. From Arroyo there is a bus service that will bring you into the apartment complex. We can supply you with the name of the car hire firm we use they are very reasonable.
Distances
The nearest village is 5 mins away. There is a real authentic village with its white washed walls and narrow streets just 5 mins in the other direction, a must see village.
Booking notes
Bookings may be made through the numbers provided. A booking deposit of 200 euros is required and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. There is also a security deposit of 200 euros to be paid and will be returned. We have a key holder in Spain however if you arrive to apartment after 8pm she charges 30 euros to meet and greet you with the key. Easy payment process with PayPal or direct bank transfers.
